Working from home.. no commute save money on clothing, meals out, gas, insurance, second car if spouse works.
Really poor pay! Anyone who said average income is 60 k does not work there! Poor scheduling, little opportunity for real advancement.. oh yea, they will give you a title, but that doesn’t transfer to a sizable salary boost by any means. Shift bid every 6 months regardless of seniority, they change your schedule at will with zero good reason!

Interesting business model and willing to supply equipment needed to perform job.
Value employees and don’t force shift change every 6 months with no regard for seniority.
I read up on the company and expressed my opinion at interview about how”green” working from home is.
Below average for sure. $16 an hour after three years on the job!
Plenty of that for sure. No discrimination noted by sex or national origin and they make arrangements to be inclusive of people who have disabilities.
