Mechanical Foreman - Construction and Contracting Division
TTI Environmental, Inc. is an integrated environmental services contractor and consulting firm. TTI services government, industrial, commercial, academic, financial, and private clients nationwide and is headquartered in Moorestown, New Jersey. TTI is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Mechanical Foreman in the Construction and Contracting Division. Applicants should have supervisory experience and knowledge of storage tank systems, piping, mechanical systems, and general commercial and industrial construction. Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical visualization and analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and organizational skills. This is an on-site position - traveling and working in the field.

Mechanical Foreman Responsibilities
Interpret project specifications and plans to effectively execute project scope
Direct, supervise, and mentor field personnel to complete projects in accordance with plans, specifications, and company policies
Manage clients, regulators, subcontractors, and the project management team to achieve project goals
Complete daily reporting, safety inspections, and site safety meetings
Carry out management of site activities and site safety protocols in accordance with company policies and client expectations
Mechanical Foreman Experience and Skills
Minimum of 3 years' field experience working with mechanical piping and storage tank systems is required
Specific experience with piping and mechanical systems, storage tanks and related accessories, pipe work including threaded, flanged, welded, carbon and stainless steel
Ability to interpret drawings, plans and specifications to complete project scopes
Aboveground Storage Tank System Installation and Upgrades
Tank Piping Systems, Spill, Overfill and Containment Systems
General Equipment Operation
General Construction Knowledge
Exceptional safety and quality awareness
30-hour OSHA supervisor certification a plus
MD, DC, DE Storage Tank certifications a plus
Mechanical Foreman Requirements
High school diploma, college diploma preferred
The ability to travel and work at remote sites as needed
Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
Valid driver's license and ability to successfully pass a pre-employment screen and physical
Must be a US citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

API Tank Inspector - Inspections Division
TTI Environmental, Inc. is an integrated environmental services contractor and consulting firm. TTI services government, industrial, commercial, academic, financial, and private clients nationwide and is headquartered in Moorestown, New Jersey. We are seeking an API Tank Inspector to perform inspections in accordance with API/STI standards on atmospheric tanks, piping, and pressure vessel equipment for purposes of recommending and approving repairs or certifying compliance. This is a hybrid position - working from home, TTI's Moorestown office, and clients' sites.
Responsibilities
Perform internal and external inspections on equipment at scheduled intervals to maintain mechanical integrity of fixed equipment
Recommend and approve repairs
Perform visual inspections of completed work
Identify circumstances which require proper safety procedures and equipment
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by adhering to company/customer safety standards and practices and legal regulations
Effectively use and complete necessary customer and company job related forms and paperwork
Communicate and interact with customers and other parties in such a manner as to benefit the professional reputation of the company
Learn and abide by company policies and procedures
Complete all required training within company guidelines
Learn all services that are available to our clients
Perform all duties as assigned while adhering to safety protocols
Skills & Qualifications
Must possess at least one certification as a PADEP IUM/IAM/IAF, API 510/570/653 or STI Inspector
3 years' previous experience as a certified Inspector is desired
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical school or college credits preferred
Must be proficient with standard computer software such as MS Word and Excel
Must be able to write detailed inspection and turnaround reports while maintaining an organized system of digital files
Ability to perform a variety of tasks, often changing assignments on short notice
Ability to prioritize and complete work assignments by specific deadlines
Ability to assist in scheduling inspection related activities
Working Conditions
This position is hybrid with mostly field work, office work, and work from home opportunities
Field duties require outdoor work in a plant atmosphere
Interactions with other crew employees, supervisors, client personnel are expected
Working in plant and/or shop areas around production machinery with extreme noise levels is expected
May be at more than one job site per day
Requires out of town and overnight travel on a periodic basis
May require a fluctuating schedule dependent on project requirements

Develop and maintain good business relations with assigned Accounts. Develop an understanding in all aspects of the customer and bottlers business. Demonstrate the ability to lead and manage the team through business challenges, to develop and sell in profitable and strategic business plans that align with corporate and brand plans to assigned accounts.
