The ACE Operations Supervisor is working Supervisor role. The individual will supervise and work with a staff in the processing of 20 lb. Grill Cylinders. Also responsible for leading safety meetings, tailgate meetings and all activities that relate to safely operating the facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Involved in all aspects of production to include Sort, inspect, clean, label, and refill empty cylinders.
Ensure Safety compliance and all employees are wearing proper PPE
Ensure employees are properly handling and filling cylinders
Ensure there is consistent quality of cylinders being process
Track and report cylinder inventory
Oversee and manager staff and temp employees to production targets and goals
Report daily work records for temporary workers
Hold safety meetings and tailgate meetings and promote a safe work environment
Manage inventory of supplies needed to produce cylinders
Run a preventive maintenance program on all equipment to keep it in good working order
Do paper work on all loads shipped from the facility
Train new employees as required
Other duties assigned by management

Must be able to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd Shift, depending on the current operational needs.

This position will be responsible for assisting the Quality Assurance Manager in the supervision of Food Safety and Security, and Quality Assurance programs. In this role, will also oversee the direct supervision of Quality & Sanitation Technicians to ensure all Quality, Food Safety and Sanitation guidelines are implemented and adhered to.
Accountabilities:
* Responsible for shift/work scheduling, training, delegation of duties & disciplinary actions of the Quality Assurance and Sanitation Technicians.
* Ensure that all Quality Assurance functions are being performed, and documented, in an accurate and efficient manner.
* Collaborate with Technicians to follow up on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) deviations, and report Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) modifications to Quality Assurance Manager.
* Monitor and/or perform tasks on the raw product inbound inspection processes.
* Assist Quality Assurance Manager in trending data for various Quality Assurance programs.
* Perform periodic, daily walk through of the facility to ensure that all quality and food safety standards are being complied with and submit corrective action request as needed to perspective departments.
* Assist Quality Assurance Manager in performing internal, regulatory agency facility, and operational audits.
* Train staff on all equipment calibrations, quality assurance and preventive maintenance.
* Conduct market visits to check Del Monte's products at customers stores.
* Follow up with the concerned departments ensuring proper corrective actions are well implemented to close the findings/ Non - Conformities.
* Review and update all relative Quality system manuals.
* Special Projects as assigned.
Minimum Skills Required:
* Combination of 2 years college education (from an accredited institution) and/or experience as a Quality Assurance Supervisor in a related field.
* At least 2 to 3 years prior experience in a similar role with direct reports.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook).
* Excellent communication skills (i.e. oral and written).
* Knowledge in HACCP.
* Risk Assessment Skills.

Responsibilities:
The Event Production Supervisor ensures all event production services are executed properly. In partnership with other members of the Mason Square Events Team, and at the direction of the Senior Event and Production Manager, the Supervisor oversees the successful setup, operations, and oversight of all A/V equipment and event support resources for events held at Mason Square. This position serves as the on-site supervisor during events, ensuring smooth execution and providing direct supervision of up to 15 support staff on the ground. In addition, this role will directly support high-profile and complex events to ensure excellence in service delivery. In partnership with the Senior Manager, this role will develop and implement relevant training programs and materials for event staff and assist with recruitment and training.

Event Production
Provides high-quality production services in support of events by overseeing the execution of transportation, setup, operation, and breakdown of portable technical and non-technical equipment as requested;
Leads run of show A/V execution, ensuring balanced sound delivery, projection, seamless streaming, and recording;
Serves as the primary supervisor and/or technician onsite for high-profile and major events, providing on-site coordination with clients and presenters;

Manages on-site support staff, providing direction and guidance, during events;

General Description:
Under the general direction of the Deputy Director of Operations, the Transportation Line Supervisor is an important member of the PLTO management and supervisory team. During the pre-revenue period of the project Construction phase), the Transportation Line Supervisor will support testing and commissioning activities including the supervision and/or operation of test trains under the direction of the Rail and Test Directors. Line Supervisors will also participate in the preparation of operating rules, procedures, and other special operating instructions for operating personnel.
Once the Purple Line is commissioned for revenue service, Line Supervisors' primary responsibilities shall be monitoring transit operations, LRV operators, and the overall safe delivery of reliable Purple Line customer service. Line Supervisors shall also respond to accidents, investigate and document incidents, and issue directives and/or discipline to employees under their supervision.
Line Supervisors shall be trained to assist with the operation of safe and efficient light rail train service connecting Bethesda to New Carrollton Stations. This position thoroughly and effectively uses various transit software, technology, tools, and similar methods.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to become certified to operate a LRV and maintain certification.
Knowledge of all applicable Transportation based regulations such as FTA, OSHA, and DOT.
Demonstrated ability to acquire knowledge of transit vehicle operations.
Competency to become familiar with state and local traffic regulations.
Competency to be trained in transit services, routes, and time schedules.
Ability to use two-way communication devices, including smart-phones and radios.
Basic working knowledge of computers, hardware, and software programs (specifically those related to Transit Operations and Microsoft Office such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Ability to understand Operating Rules, Collective Bargaining Agreements, PLTO policies, local, state, and federal rules and regulations concerning LRV operations and services.

Walk and stand periodically while on duty, in stations, along the alignment or throughout various Purple Line facilities.
Bend, twist, and turn frequently and consistently during shift

Work in an office environment and remotely in a vehicle
Additional/Miscellaneous/Special Requirements:
Acceptable drug/alcohol screen and pre-employment physical (including vision and hearing requirements) results upon hire and as regularly required by policy for position
May be required to attend training, meetings, and classes for continued professional development which may require local travel within the Washington Metropolitan area
Acceptable driving record must be maintained throughout entirety of employment
Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and be willing to comply with the PLTO Drug and Alcohol Policy
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and successfully pass a pre-employment background check
A valid Driver's License is required, and a valid Maryland license is preferred
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Business Administration or a related field preferred
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in providing instructions or directions to others in a professional setting is required
Five (5) years of experience working in transit is desirable, including one (1) year of experience in management/supervision, dispatch, and/or scheduling. is highly preferred
Experience working in a union environment is preferred
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree or higher may be considered
