Scott Ernst is Tubular Labs' Chief Executive Officer. He most recently served as CEO of Macromill, for which he was recruited by Bain Capital to focus the business around global and digital solutions. Scott made his first mark on the digital marketing and measurement industry as a founding management team member at Compete, where he drove the go-to-market strategy resulting in the acquisition by WPP’s Kantar. Ernst helped transform Compete into what is now Millward Brown Digital, overseeing the company’s growth from a 20-person start up to over $100 million in revenue and its rise to a recognized leader in digital measurement and insights.

Michael Kamprath is Tubular’s Chief Technology Officer. He has over 20 years of experience having most recently served as VP of Engineering at Quantcast. Prior to that, Michael was at Advertising.com where he led their advanced research team. He stayed in that role for nearly a decade up and through the acquisition by AOL. Michael started his career as an officer in the U.S. Air Force. He holds BS and MS degrees in Aerospace Engineering from University of Michigan.

Josh Schmiesing, Tubular’s Chief Marketing Officer, offers over 20 years of experience in Marketing, Data, and Digital Technologies. He most recently served 3 years as WWP Microsoft’s Global Client Lead, where he played a key role in the company’s cultural and business transformation. Josh is attracted to brands that have a meaningful impact on people’s lives. He helps companies see around corners, anticipate quantum shifts in the market, and tell better stories; all delivered with a sense of humor and infectious enthusiasm. While pushing to constantly reinvent strategies, Josh believes that all marketing is about connecting with customers in a simple, human way. He sits on the board of the Global Video Measurement Alliance and bionic limb creator, Limbitless Solutions. Josh earned a BBA from James Madison University, but his greatest life lessons have been learned on the basketball court and in the ocean, riding waves.
