Pros of working at Tufts Medical Center

I liked that it was a short commute for me, and, in general, my co-workers were really nice people. Also, I had autonomy in my position and was not micromanaged.

Cons of working at Tufts Medical Center

The only way to be promoted was to be in the good gracing of your boss; it was very high school-like with that regard. The less you knew, the quicker and higher you were promoted. Truly unbelievable.

Tufts Medical Center benefits

Work from home option and that's about it. Benefits were average; could've been better for sure.

Pros of working at Tufts Medical Center

I was able to work from home once a week and was not micromanaged. The people were great to work with, overall. My pay was also very good. Lots of earned time, 5 weeks per year.

Cons of working at Tufts Medical Center

It was impossible to get promoted on ability. Promotions happened for those who were the best 'suck ups 'and who kissed the boss and bosses boss rear end.

Tufts Medical Center benefits

Work from home and time off.
