Love the kids.

Cons of working at Tulare County Office of Education

The toxic environment, bad management, no health insurance, no career advancement, poor treatment towards aides and students. If you're a teacher, you get good treatment and if you do anything wrong, you are excused, but if you're an aide, you are seen as nothing but a disposable slave and always in the wrong.
