Role Overview The purpose of the CRM discipline is to use strong client relationships and valuable market input to help identify opportunities for revenue growth, while guiding the commercial decision and strategy of the group. As a trusted senior partner, this fully onsite (5 days a week) Americas Senior CRM role maintains a balanced brand agnostic perspective and provides ideas and advice to the TP ICAP management team based on client feedback and client / market intelligence.
