**About the Role**
The Client Success Director in the Client Success team has responsibility for managing and growing an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring that the delivery of services meet the scope of the individual contracts and do so in a manner consistent with PSI's world class service culture. This role is part of a team that is one of the primary points of contact for our clients and has responsibility for the retention and development our client

Job Description:
You will be part of a larger technical team, working as an Observability Engineer in an OpsRamp environment. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the observability infrastructure that provides deep insights into the health, performance, and behavior of HPE's PCE environment and Cloud infrastructure in support of a Federal Customer. You will work closely with development, operations, and other teams to proactively identify and resolve issues, improve system performance, and optimize resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities include:
OpsRamp Platform Expertise:
Deeply understand and effectively utilize the full capabilities of the OpsRamp platform for:
Metrics Collection & Analysis: Configure and manage data sources, define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze performance trends.
Log Management: Configure log collection, aggregation, and analysis within the OpsRamp platform.
Alerting & Notifications: Create and manage alerts, define escalation paths, and integrate with incident management systems.
Automation: Develop and implement automated workflows and remediation actions within the OpsRamp platform.
Reporting & Dashboards: Design and build custom dashboards and reports to provide key insights into system health and performance.
Observability Infrastructure:
Design, implement, and maintain observability solutions utilizing the OpsRamp platform as the core technology.
Integrate OpsRamp with other monitoring and observability tools as needed (e.g., Prometheus, Datadog, Elastic Stack).
Ensure data quality and integrity within the OpsRamp platform.
Incident Management:
Utilize OpsRamp data to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, application errors, and other operational problems.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and fix root causes of issues.
Participate in incident response activities, leveraging OpsRamp data to accelerate resolution.
Continuous Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and optimize the performance and effectiveness of the OpsRamp platform.
Stay updated on the latest features, enhancements, and best practices within the OpsRamp ecosystem.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Education and Experience Required:

OS Level certifications are a plus

What you will do:
1. Enterprise Compliance Leadership, Strategy & Framework
* Lead the design, execution, and oversight of RGA's global compliance, ethics, fraud, and privacy programs.

Education & Experience

Compensation Range:
$294,100.00 - $443,167.00 Annual
Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. Overview
The Director, Strategic Planning & Analysis is a senior individual contributor responsible for delivering high-impact financial analysis, modeling, and executive-ready insights to support enterprise-level decision making. This role partners closely with senior leaders across Finance, Strategy, Capital, Tax, and the Business to translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives that inform strategy, resource allocation, and long-term planning.
Success is defined by clarity of analysis, strength of financial modeling, clarity of executive communication, and the ability to influence outcomes through insight and presentation.
What You Will Do
Strategic Financial Modeling & Analysis
* Build, maintain, and enhance models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, capital allocation, and long-range forecasting.
* Develop integrated views across financial, capital, and tax planning to assess trade-offs, risks, and growth opportunities.
* Partner with Finance and Strategy stakeholders to continuously improve modeling methodologies, assumptions, and data integrity.
Forecasting, Planning & Decision Support
* Play a critical role in the annual planning and re-forecasting processes, working cross-functionally to align assumptions and outputs.
* Evaluate alternative scenarios and sensitivities, clearly articulating implications for senior leadership.
* Drive continuous improvement in forecasting tools, processes, and data visualization.
Executive Communication & Storytelling
* Translate complex analyses into concise, executive-ready presentation materials (PowerPoint decks, dashboards, and visualizations).
* Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, including C-suite stakeholders, in a clear, confident, and business-oriented manner.
* Develop narratives that connect financial outcomes to strategic objectives, market dynamics, and enterprise priorities.
Market & Industry Insight
* Monitor financial markets, industry trends, and competitive dynamics within the insurance and reinsurance landscape, both domestically and globally.
* Provide thought leadership on business performance drivers, emerging risks, and strategic opportunities.
Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives
* Lead and support ad-hoc strategic initiatives requiring deep analytical rigor, cross-functional coordination, and executive engagement.
* Act as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders on complex or ambiguous business questions.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, insurance capital forecasting, or related fields.
* Demonstrated expertise in building and interpreting complex financial models for senior decision makers.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong capabilities in data visualization and executive presentation development.
* Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise-level financial drivers.
Preferred Qualifications
* CPA, FSA, ASA, or other relevant professional designations.
* 8 or more years of experience in finance, actuarial or related fields
* Insurance or reinsurance industry experience.
* Experience working with enterprise forecasting platforms and planning tools.

Compensation Range:
$104,350.00 - $155,350.00 Annual
Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated interest in and aptitude for work to be performed.
Completed two years of study at an institution of higher learning or obtained an associate's or higher degree or passed the OGAT or Par Pro Test.
REPORTS TO: Teacher
JOB GOAL: To provide opportunities for the teacher to attend to the individual needs of students.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Checks and records student attendance.
Distributes and collects workbooks, papers, and other materials for instruction.
Corrects objective-type tests and quizzes and records grades
Collects and records collection of money.
Reads to students, listens to students read, and participates in other forms of oral communication with the students.
Helps students master equipment or instructional material assigned by teacher.
Keeps bulletin board and other classroom learning displays up to date.
Operates equipment used in the classroom for instructional purposes.
Assists students in the library or media center
Assists with the supervision of students during lunch periods, assemblies, play periods, and on field trips.
Performs such other duties as may be assigned.
To ensure continuity of services, remote work may be necessary in the event of a health crisis or disruptive situation that requires the closing of school and/or office buildings. An employee's eligibility for remote work will be determined by the superintendent of schools. Expectations and guidelines for remote work will be distributed by the employee's supervisor, based on his/her role and responsibilities.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Nine-month year. Salary to be established by the Board of Education.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy.
