Associate Benefits: * Sick time * Employee Discount * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Your role at Tumi: As part of our Retail team, the Holiday Sales Associate is responsible for creating a client experience that accurately reflects the ethos of our brand while building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving sales through outstanding service. The ideal candidate is committed to client service, demonstrating a strong understanding of, if not passion for, the luxury, travel, fashion, and lifestyle markets. Key Responsibilities: Performance to Goals: * Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture. * Take pride in work and strive for excellence. * Take responsibility for performance. Teamwork: * Embody the company culture of coaching through fostering Tumi elite and skill practicing continuously with store team and provide constructive feedback to team members. * Demonstrate organizational core values. * Demonstrate an openness to new ideas and concepts while quickly learning and applying to the job. Compliance: * Manage personal timecards to ensure payroll accuracy. * Complete all assigned tasks and meet deadlines. * Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Visual Merchandising/Client Experience: * Ensure the store follows the visual guidelines and directives, inclusive of cleanliness standards. * Ensure a consistent superior client experience.
