Summary:
A Registered Nurse (RN) in a long-term care (LTC) facility provides skilled nursing care to residents, ensuring their health, comfort, and well-being. RNs oversee patient care plans, administer treatments, monitor for changes in condition, and collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality, resident-centered care. They also play a key role in supervising nursing staff, educating residents and families, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Essential Work Functions:
Assess patient or resident health, monitor for changes, and take appropriate action to ensure their well-being
Develop, update, and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the patient care team
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Observe residents for any medication reactions or changes in condition and report concerns to the healthcare provider
Provide treatments including wound care, IV therapy, catheter management, and other skilled procedures within scope of practice
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, delegating appropriately and ensuring residents receive quality care
Educate residents and families on medications, treatments, and managing chronic conditions
Document care provided, resident progress, and any health changes in a timely manner
Respond quickly to emergencies, delivering critical care and coordinating with medical teams when needed
Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice
Adhere to facility safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards

The Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist assists the physician in performing interventional, cardiovascular, and operating room procedures. Uses pre-established imaging protocols and departmental policy to perform safe operation of imaging equipment and all functions of the job. Assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac or peripheral vascular treatments, such as implanting pacemakers or assisting with balloon angioplasties to treat blood vessel blockages.
Always follows as low as reasonably achievable (ALARA) guidelines and operate fluoroscopic imaging equipment to produce contrast enhanced radiographs of heart, vascular, cardiovascular system.
Check, test, and maintain fluoroscopy equipment, to ensure proper operation.
Completes all other equipment daily checks/test that must be performed and documented before first procedure and notifies lead and/or service when daily checks/test fail.
Monitor patients' blood pressure, oxygen saturation, heart rate, comfort and patient safety.
Ensures patient vital sign documentation is accurate and alert physicians of abnormalities.
Uses electrocardiogram (EKG) equipment during diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
Maintains a proper sterile field during surgical procedures.
Additional duties are correctly and appropriately completed within the specified time frame as required by managers/supervisors.

Ensure all orders are shipped on time and with correct routing
Distribute order tracking report
Report container efficiency by brand, port and factory
Responsible for the US Customs clearance and assurance of Customs compliance of documentation and record maintenance. Remains up to date on customs changes and issues.
File ITN, import valuation, country of origin determination, HTS determination, document retention, assist declarations, monitoring and auditing U.S. Customs broker, performing denied party screening, auditing entry documents, and developing import/export procedures and manuals
Responsible for small parcel, LTL, TL and ocean freight negotiations.
Obtains lowest cost consistent with service required.
Assures company service requirements are met.
Insures negotiated contracts are adhered to.
Analyze, report and distribute carrier metrics based on performance and cost
Reviews and approves all invoices for customs brokerage, freight, small parcel, LTL & air freight.
Manage Ocean Freight and Booking Platform Management
Manage insurance claims as needed for damaged & missing goods.

Ensure all import data aligns with FTZ and ERP systems
Partner with procurement, logistics, accounting, and manufacturing to ensure proper classification and valuation of imported goods.
Provide training or guidance on FTZ procedures and compliance best practices.
