They do a lot of good charity work.
They spend the money they make on charity work, rather than putting into the workers' paycheck. Also, way too much religion being paraded around at company meetings. It's a business meeting, it shouldn't include a sermon.
It was roughly a 12 minute commute from my apartment.
They're dedicated to their principles and are willing to uphold them at your expense.
Keep the charity, lose the Bible-thumping.
Showered and dressed nicely.
Poorly. In the 4 years since I left, my pay has almost doubled. I currently make about 30% more than Turbocam's wage cap for the same position.
If you're a diversity hire, that's great. Promotion is guaranteed, whether you can do the job or not. If you don't pray to the right god, though, you might never go anywhere.
