Pros of working at Turbocam International
They do a lot of good charity work.
Cons of working at Turbocam International
They spend the money they make on charity work, rather than putting into the workers' paycheck. Also, way too much religion being paraded around at company meetings. It's a business meeting, it shouldn't include a sermon.
Turbocam International benefits
It was roughly a 12 minute commute from my apartment.
What do you like best about Turbocam International's CEO and the leadership team?
They're dedicated to their principles and are willing to uphold them at your expense.
How would you improve Turbocam International's culture?
Keep the charity, lose the Bible-thumping.
How did you prepare for the Turbocam International interview?
Showered and dressed nicely.
How does your compensation at Turbocam International compare to the industry average?
Poorly. In the 4 years since I left, my pay has almost doubled. I currently make about 30% more than Turbocam's wage cap for the same position.
What's the diversity at Turbocam International like?
If you're a diversity hire, that's great. Promotion is guaranteed, whether you can do the job or not. If you don't pray to the right god, though, you might never go anywhere.
