As a member of our Direct Accounts Merchandising team, you can expect to enjoy the following benefits - * Flexible and accommodating work schedule * Monthly phone stipend * Mileage reimbursement between all store locations * Great source of supplemental income The Direct Accounts Merchandiser makes an impact by - * Responsible to rotate, stock, and take inventory of Turkey Hill Tea products at various store locations. * Provide market conditions and insight upon request and/or when observed. * Collaborate with Field Services Supervisor to establish and maintain data necessary for customer delivery processes. * Responsible to maintain professional relationships with all customers and employees. * Travel to store locations in a 50-mile radius. * Perform all duties in compliance with all corporate and regulatory quality, GLP, and safety regulations. * Perform all duties within established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and FSMA guidelines as well as all safety regulations. * Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the Safe Quality Foods (SQF) Food Safety and Quality. * Demonstrate the ability to engage work in department and cross-functional teams to define and implement process improvements that provide value to the customer. * Be accountable to the Turkey Hill Food Safety and Quality Principles. * Perform all other duties as assigned You could be a great fit if you have these things - * Must be at least 18 years of age * Must work in a team environment * Maintain adherence to work hours scheduled specifically starting, ending, lunch and break schedules * Perform all duties within established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and safety guidelines * Be accountable to the Turkey Hill Food Safety and Quality Principles * 1-3 years of related experience in a retail or similar industry * Good communication skills (oral and written) * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) * Basic knowledge of smart phone technology * Perform all other duties as assigned Physical Demands - The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. * The employee is required to talk and/or hear in an office setting (noise level is low) and manufacturing setting where noise levels can be high (PPE required) * The employee is frequently required to stand and walk in an office or manufacturing environment from 4-8+ hours * The employee must be able to ascend and descend stairs, and where applicable and when necessary, to perform various job-related tasks * Must be able to position self to move, reach with arms/hands, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed to perform various job-related tasks * The employee must be able to inspect all job-related equipment (office or floor) to ensure it is in good working condition prior to use. This position includes stocking and arranging the product displays, including grass seed, chemicals, and clay pottery, in home improvement centers of Lowe's, Home Depot's and WalMart stores.
