Leverage new technology knowledge to facilitate conversations related to growth opportunities for Offsite Manufacturing operations through company. * Establish constructive and effective relationships with project team members to facilitate knowledge sharing of Offsite Manufacturing to influence design and overall project development. * Design strategy for supply chain and vendor development program in alignment with xPL Offsite Manufacturing goals. * Lead by example and foster environment of diversity and inclusion to develop high-performing teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring of staff. * Deliver timely performance feedback for teams and execute/contribute to performance appraisals during annual performance cycle. * Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.
