Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join our team to support scheduling as a project controls function on a large-scale project. The ideal individual will have a proven track record of successfully delivering construction project control services.
Responsibilities:
Develop, monitor and update owners' Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Establish the schedule management program and deliverables to be used on large scale capital programs.
Interface with project stakeholders as trusted advisors to provide guidance and recommendations for the project.
Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams.
Conduct schedule of resource loading and leveling.
Consolidate contractors schedule to incorporate into IMS.
Assess impacts on the critical path and near-critical activities and report to the project team.
Monitor schedule deviations and variances and assist in the development of alternative methods for corrective action.
Apply EVM methodology to measure project progress.
Review schedules with project team members on a regular basis to ensure that accurate and timely data is incorporated into the schedule.
Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis on a periodic basis.
Maintain record of scope changes, trends and variances that potentially affect schedule performance.
Assure the credibility of the information contained in the schedule.
Maintain liaison with clients and other consultants at all projects stages.
SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience.
Direct experience working on teams within a complex matrix environment.
Expertise using Primavera P6.
Excellent communication skills.

**Job Description**
Due to continued growth, **Turner & Townsend** is seeking to appoint a **Commercial Management Lead** to lead the commercial function on major rail infrastructure projects, ensuring effective cost management, contract administration, risk mitigation, and commercial strategy alignment. **Responsibilities:**
**General Support**
+ Supporting the wider SAP team with ad hoc data requests and collating financial information for incomplete data sets
+ Reviewing & validating data supplier data such as addresses and providing vendors with support on new systems
+ Identification of / troubleshooting user issues
+ Facilitating and tracking the resolution of system issues using the client's internal ticketing systems
+ Submitting, tracking and providing updates on feature requests using the client's internal ticketing systems

+ Support in team wide continuous improvement initiative in relation to contract execution processes and program wide training sessions for site teams / vendors
**Invoice Overview**
+ Review and validation of vendors / suppliers and General Contractor's invoices against the contract
+ Assist in resolving issues related to invoices, purchase orders and payments by working closely with vendors and internal Accounts Payable (AP) team.
+ Track invoices from submission for review to payment to ensure vendors follow invoice submission requirements and AP processes the invoices correctly and timely.
+ Log all invoices received and reviewed, tracking issues and cost savings.
+ Reporting and Analysis - Help to generate reporting to analyze invoice review and contract management to help improve the team's performance and improve our service offerings.

+ Act as project schedule owner or support the project scheduler, maintaining the schedule to track critical actions and milestones.
+ Conduct kick-off and regular meetings with key project stakeholders (architects, engineers, suppliers, contractors) to track and report on progress.
+ Work with other project function teams to review as-built documents and other closeout items.
+ Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including subcontractors and vendors.

**Qualifications**
