Job Description
Owing to the complex nature of the works involved, this role will suit a tenured Project Controls Director from an aviation, transportation, rail or defense background (aviation preferred), with proven experience and understanding of the processes. Minimum of 20 years of civil infrastructure program/project controls experience is required. US Civil Construction experience is also required.
Job Objectives:
* Delivering Project Controls across infrastructure projects.
* The Project Controls Lead will lead the program controls function for a program, monitoring for accuracy and consistency of plans, cost, safety, environment and performance reporting, and deploying available controls team resources to best effect.
* Turner & Townsend Project Controls Leads, establish effective control processes in compliance with the State and Federal Regulations and as directed by the Program Controller and maintain these at Territory / Project level.
Other responsibilities include:
* Reviewing new project proposals/remits and monitor so that realistic, resourceable plans are developed for delivery of the program.
* Identify resourcing requirements to support the program and liaise with planning functions to resolve resourcing issues.
* Provide an efficient day-to-day service to the Program and Project Managers in reporting on plans, costs, safety, environment and program performance.
* Monitor so that data input by project teams and others to cost and performance systems meet required data standards.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
* Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, which include schedule development, control, and analysis, in the field and at client office.
* Minimum 20 years of civil infrastructure program/project controls construction experience. US civil construction experience is also required.
* Skilled in oral and written communication.
* Proficiency with PC operating systems, with proficiency in several basic software applications.
* Proficiency with multiple discipline specific software applications such as Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office Applications, for example Intermediate level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up work processes.
* Knowledge of engineering and construction management.
Additional Information
The salary range for this full-time role is $190K-$250K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Scheduler to join our team to support scheduling as a project controls function on a large-scale project. The ideal individual will have a proven track record of successfully delivering construction project control services.
Responsibilities:
Develop, monitor and update owners' Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Establish the schedule management program and deliverables to be used on large scale capital programs.
Interface with project stakeholders as trusted advisors to provide guidance and recommendations for the project.
Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams.
Conduct schedule of resource loading and leveling.
Consolidate contractors schedule to incorporate into IMS.
Assess impacts on the critical path and near-critical activities and report to the project team.
Monitor schedule deviations and variances and assist in the development of alternative methods for corrective action.
Apply EVM methodology to measure project progress.
Review schedules with project team members on a regular basis to ensure that accurate and timely data is incorporated into the schedule.
Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis on a periodic basis.
Maintain record of scope changes, trends and variances that potentially affect schedule performance.
Assure the credibility of the information contained in the schedule.
Maintain liaison with clients and other consultants at all projects stages.
SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
Minimum 5-8 years of applicable experience.
Direct experience working on teams within a complex matrix environment.
Expertise using Primavera P6.
Excellent communication skills.
Additional Information

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to serve as the key, day‑to‑day client interface and deliver a value‑added cost management service on a large‑scale, mission‑critical data center program. Work You'll Do
As a Workday HCM Integrations, Conversions, and Reporting Consultant on our Human Capital team, you will:
+ Leverage and grow your background in system integration and data migration as you learn to work with the Workday platform and technologies
+ Participate in large-scale organizational transformations by supporting critical data conversion, integration, and reporting activities for our Government and Public Services clients
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, data sources, integration, and reporting needs, translating them into effective technical solutions
+ Work within Agile delivery frameworks, engaging in SCRUM ceremonies and collaborating in sprints to design, test, and implement integration and reporting solutions
+ Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data quality, interface errors, and report accuracy for successful system go-live

Qualifications
Required:
+ 2+ years of professional work experience
+ 1+ years of experience with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar) or a demonstrated interest in learning these skills

Job Description
Owing to the complex nature of the works involved, this role will suit a Project Controls senior professional from a rail, aviation, highways or defense background with proven experience and understanding of the processes to be based in Baltimore, MD.
Minimum of 8+ years of infrastructure program/project controls experience is required. In-office working, 3 days a week out of the client office is also required.
Job Objectives:
Delivering Project Controls across infrastructure projects in the Baltimore area.
The Project Controls Lead will lead the program controls function for a program, monitoring for accuracy and consistency of plans, cost, safety, environment and performance reporting, and deploying available controls team resources to best effect.
Turner & Townsend Project Controls Leads, establish effective control processes in compliance with the State and Federal Regulations and as directed by the Program Controller and maintain these at Territory / Project level.
Other responsibilities include:
Reviewing new project proposals/remits and monitor so that realistic, resourceable plans are developed for delivery of the program.
Identify resourcing requirements to support the program and liaise with planning functions to resolve resourcing issues.
Provide an efficient day-to-day service to the Program and Project Managers in reporting on plans, costs, safety, environment and program performance.
Monitor so that data input by project teams and others to cost and performance systems meet required data standards.
SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
Qualifications
Office presence is required 3 days out of the work week. Requirements may change depending on our client's needs.
Experience in budgeting, tracking costs, supporting forecasting, and ensuring accurate reporting. Strong data analysis skills, experience with earned value, and the ability to work across teams are essential.
Minimum of 8+ years of infrastructure program/project controls experience in the US is required.
Skilled in oral and written communication.
Proficiency with PC operating systems, with proficiency in several basic software applications.
Proficiency with multiple discipline specific software applications such as Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office Applications, for example Intermediate level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up work processes.

Additional Information
The salary range for this full-time role is $175K-$190K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. The Team
Our Enterprise Security offering embeds security in all aspects of digital transformation by securing a client's technical backbone while enabling secure digital transformation. Includes security architecture, secure development and deployment, end-to-end cyber cloud capabilities, application security, and security for emerging technologies and connected products.
Required Qualifications
* BA/BS degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Cyber Security)
* 4-6 years of progressively responsible experience in cloud security domains, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility, technical depth, and leadership over time
* 3-4 years of experience with CNAAP solutions (e.g., Palo Alto Networks, Wiz, Snyk, SentinelOne, or similar cloud security platforms)
* 3-4 years of experience with container security and workload protection (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
* 3-4 years of experience with one or more cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their native security tools
* 3-4 years of experience working with cloud security guardrails for major CSPs (AWS, GCP, Azure)
* 3-4 years of experience in the design and architecture of enterprise-level technical stacks, including VPNs, CDN solutions, Load Balancers, and Subnetting
* 4-6 years of experience in large, complex, or enterprise environments using CSP platforms and security toolsets
* 3-4 years of experience with governance, risk, or compliance initiatives involving common frameworks
* Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Job Description
Turner & Townsend are looking for experienced Cost Managers and/or Quantity Surveyors to act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value-added cost management service. Our clients are located across the Northern Virginia/DC/Southern Maryland Metro region and primarily consist of Data Center and Advanced Manufacturing Clientele. Travel to/from site will be required.

Provide estimate and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan.
Review and participate with the design services team and general contractor in the development of the cost estimates.
Reconcile changes and assist the general contractor to ensure that their data is accurate.
Communicate or meet with general contractor and owner project manager to gather status information to prepare a cost estimate update.
Prepare written comments to the general contractor's submissions, including the executive summary.
Coordinate all sources of cost information for cost discussions and suppliers direct from NPA, subs, quantities from A/Es.
Inform and drive engineering priorities based on cost impact.

Ensuring that post-contract cost variances and change control processes are managed effectively.
Ensuring that cost auditing and valuation work is managed effectively and that a robust process for cost validation is in place.
Carrying out the production of monthly cost reports for presentation to the client.
Ensuring that final accounts are negotiated and agreed in a timely manner.
Compiling as built cost estimate records for benchmarking purposes.
Identify, coach and mentor talent to realize their potential and celebrate the success of others.
Display excellence in leadership and service delivery on commissions is in line with the conditions of appointment
Financial Management - Utilize internal software to track ongoing margin levels and monthly fee/resource forecasts for each commission and financial reports
Implement and maintain the use of internal Business Management Systems and company delivery methodologies and tools in the office to ensure consistent delivery of best practice for Clients and the company
Be a role model that drives a one business culture that achieves great outcomes by striking the right balance for our people, clients, stakeholders, and society.
SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
Minimum 2 years (post-graduate) of relevant experience working in a cost management role in the construction industry.
RICS accredited or working towards it is preferred.
Experience of leading cost management on medium or large sized construction projects of medium to high complexity.
Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred.
Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes, value management and value engineering.
Excellent communication skills.
Additional Information
The salary range for this full-time role is $100K-$185 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate's experience and qualifications.
