Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Estimator to support large-scale, high-value data center construction projects for a key client. This role is ideal for professionals with deep experience in electrical estimating and a strong understanding of the complexities involved in hyperscale data center builds.
You'll be part of our Construction Management team, delivering expert cost consulting services and working closely with clients, general contractors, and project teams throughout all phases of construction.
Responsibilities:
* Lead electrical estimating efforts from RFP through construction completion for hyperscale data center projects.
* Develop and present detailed cost plans at conceptual, programming, and design stages.

Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering, Construction Management (with technical focus), Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical estimating and cost consulting.
* Proven ability to prepare large, complex electrical cost estimates.
* Experience in data center construction estimating or related is preferred.
* Hands-on construction experience with electrical systems is required.
* Experience working with electrical subcontractors, demonstrating deep understanding of scopes, means and methods.
* Strong technical expertise across all cost management phases: pre-contract, post-contract, and final account.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in client-facing environments.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and other relevant software.
* Familiarity with estimating platforms such as CostX, WinEst, or similar tools.

Additional Information
The salary range for this full-time role is $135K-$165K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. The Senior Construction Project Manager will monitor large, complex construction projects for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery.
Responsibilities:
Conduct periodic site visits to monitor the progress of construction.
Review status of work completed during the period covered.
Review that work is generally proceeding in a good and workmanlike manner and in general accordance with the approved drawings and specifications.
Review contractors' direct cost payment requisitions and budget status.
Review of subcontracts, bonds/subcontractor default insurance.
Review of change orders.
Review of Developer's monthly job cost reports and opine on adequacy of contingency.
Review of construction and disbursement schedules.
Review of lien waiver and other documentation submitted by the Developer.
Prepare project status reports and recommend the release of construction funds.
Review contract drawings and specifications and opine for completeness and general compliance with commonly accepted architectural /engineering best practices.
Analyze the Developer's direct and indirect cost budget including cost estimate back-up and coordinate with the Cost Advisory group performing parameter estimates, spot quantity take-offs and review of supporting documentation submitted by the Developer, contractor and subcontractors.
Review and make relevant comments concerning the terms of the construction agreement, the submitted subcontracts, architectural and engineering design agreements, building loan agreement as well as review both Contractor and Architect's qualification statements.
Review and comment on construction and disbursement schedules as well as other submitted documents including but not limited to:
Zoning approvals
Certified surveys
Building permits and approvals
Utility company approval letters
Soil and foundation engineering reports
Designer's certification of code and ADA compliance.
Prepare Construction Risk Assessment Reports.

As a manager in ICN, candidates will oversee the work of staff and will also be active participants in managing and improving internal process flows.

Qualifications
Required:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,000 to $191,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

* Assist in responding to high-risk vulnerabilities, zero-day events, and emerging threats affecting control center operations

* 3-7+ years of experience in vulnerability management, cybersecurity engineering, or security operations
* Experience analyzing vulnerability scan results and security assessment findings

* Knowledge of:
