Kenneth is the CEO of Turning Technologies - a private equity backed software company with market leading products in the engagement and e-learning arena.

He previously served as CEO of Kibo - a portfolio company of Vista Equity Partners focused on E-commerce and distributed order management.

Prior to that he held positions of Chief Operating Officer at Aptean software, Alcatel-Lucent as President, Alcatel-Lucent Joint Intiative with Reliance Industries (Mumbai, India) and President, Global Solutions and Marketing with responsibilities for all pre-sales support and offer management, as well as all cross-portfolio solutions development activities for ALU.

Prior experiences at Alcatel-Lucent included: President, Professional Services Division; President, IPTV; Sr. VP of North America CTO and Strategic Solutions organizations; and various other roles.

Before Alcatel-Lucent, I spent 6 very enjoyable years working at venture-back service provider start-ups including Broadband Office, Zephion Networks and Masergy Communications. In each of those roles, I had end-to-end responsibility of product development, engineering, operations and systems.

I started my career at AT&T Bell Laboratories in the telephone switching arena (yes, I'm a 5ESS disciple) and followed that experience up with a long stint at BellSouth Telecommunications rolling out the initial AIN services and launching the company’s initial data products for both enterprise (ATM, SMDS, IP) and consumer (ADSL).

Dave serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Turning Technologies, LLC. Dave's primary responsibilities include the direct oversight of daily operations at Turning as well as such company departments including Operations, Fulfillment, Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Product Management, Software R&D, Hardware R&D, Customer Support and Quality Assurance. Dave has 25 years of experience in a variety of financial and operating roles with Johnson Controls, Inc. and Insilco Technologies, Inc. He holds an MBA in finance from the University of Wisconsin and he is a Certified Public

Dr. Tina Rooks serves as Vice President and Chief Instructional Officer at Turning Technologies. Her responsibilities entail crafting product development strategy, research initiatives and thought leadership across all markets globally. Dr. Rooks oversees the product development teams, including software engineers, hardware engineers and product managers, to assist in designing solutions that meet user needs. With over 16 years of experience in education, she was instrumental in developing the educational consulting team and building the Turning Technologies school improvement initiative specifically for the K-12 market. Dr. Rooks has previously served as a classroom teacher, middle school principal, technology administrator and Vice President of a professional development division for an educational technology company. She completed her Doctorate in Instructional Technology at Pepperdine University. Additionally, Dr. Rooks has a B.S. in Secondary Social Sciences and a M.Ed. in Administration and Leadership.

Gregg Ames is a Chief Revenue Officer at Turning Technologies and is based in San Mateo, California. He has worked as Regional Sales Manager, CRM OnDemand West Region at ORACLE CORP; Application Sales Manager, Commerical Accounts at ORACLE CORP; and Director of Enterprise Sales at MARKETO, INC..
