Dmitry leads the global growth and performance of Turnkey Lender. Prior to founding Turnkey Lender, Dmitry led three successful software start-ups that were serving Fortune 100 companies and leading banks across North America, Europe and Emerging Markets. With more than 20 years’ experience in FinTech and AI-based B2B software, Dmitry writes for leading financial and fintech magazines, speaks at industry events. In 2019, Dmitry Voronenko was recognized as the FinTech leader of the year by Singapore FinTech Awards and listed among top 25 leaders in lending by Canadian Lenders Association. Dmitry holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from Kharkiv Polytechnic University.

Elena is a FinTech entrepreneur with over twenty years of business development, sales, and management experience. Before TurnKey Lender she worked on several successful products in Silicon Valley and founded two companies where at different times she headed up finances, sales, and marketing. She often shares her expertise at industry events and in media. For two consecutive years Elena is listed among the top 100 women in FinTech by Lattice80, and is named one of top 25 female leaders in financial technology in the 2020 Financial Technology Report. Elena is the winner of the 2020 Innovator of the Year award and was shortlisted for the 2019 Women in Credit Awards and the 2019 Women in IT Awards.

Marc brings decades of experience building and running SaaS companies to TurnKey Lender. He’s recognized for creating healthy and positive work environments, was nominated as Austin’s CEO of the Year in 2019, and named a Top CEO for Women in 2020 in the US. Pickren has held leadership roles in consumer lending, and P&L responsibility at large public financial corporations. Throughout his career, Pickren has advanced the digitalization of consumer lending platforms and financial access for all populations.

Vitaly Arnautov is a Project Manager at Plug&Score, Project Manager at Scorto, and Chief Product Officer at Turnkey Lender and is based in Kharkiv, Kharkiv Oblast, Ukraine. He has worked as QA Engineer at Scorto, Senior Project Manager at Turnkey Lender, and Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst at PROMIN 21 Ltd. Vitaly attended Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics between 2001 and 2005, Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics between 2005 and 2006, and Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics between 2006 and 2007.

Dmitry Krivonosov is the CTO / R&D Director at Turnkey Lender. He is a former R&D Team Lead / Senior Developer at Scorto. Mr. Krivonosov received a master's degree in Computer Engineering at Kharkiv State Polytechnical University.
