His team focused on cost, supplier performance, and business unit performance. Prior roles include: direct material/indirect strategic category mgmt., SCM Oracle platform, T&L, Real Estate, Process Lean, consumption management, RFx, Supplier Risk Management, Supplier Diversity, Spend Management, Supplier Lean, CAPEX, worldwide corrective action process, ISO certification governance, driving commodity strategy development, standardized processes, organizational development, and metrics that create competitive advantage by improving key performance metrics (Cost, Quality, On-time Delivery). Areas of focus/interest: spend management, performance metrics (TCO, Quality/COQ, On-Time Delivery, Lead Times), supplier risk/relationship management, supplier development, supplier diversity, organizational effectiveness, and “lean” business operations.

He has held numerous roles of increasing responsibility in multiple aspects of Supply Chain Management since 1999. Previous roles includes various positions in supply management and operations (Bristol Myers-Squibb, United Technologies Corporation, and The Vanguard Group.) He earned his MBA from Darden at the University of Virginia and BA from Washington & Lee University.
