    Job Description We are looking for a Guest Room Attendants that will perform routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and bathrooms under supervision of the housekeeping supervisor. Room Attendants promotes a positive image of the property to guest and must be pleasant, honest, and friendly and should be able to address guest requests and problems. Guest Room Attendant should maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all housekeeping departmental policies/service and also the hotel's procedures/standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Per brand standards, cleans assigned Guest rooms or suites, which includes making beds, vacuuming, dusting, arranging room furniture if required and cleaning bathroom(s), clean baseboards, remove scuff marks, clean mirrors, toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, and floors daily. Restock useable items in Guest rooms or suites (i.e., soap, towels, and paper items). Notifies supervisor promptly of any special guestroom or suite issues including reporting of any maintenance needs. Promptly handles Guest complaints or requests and refers to Supervisor if unable to handle. Ensures that all rooms or suites are secured upon leaving the Guest room or suite. Communicate clean status of each room upon completion. Handles chemicals and equipment as trained and according to label directions. Operate and maneuver housekeeping carts. Must be able to stand and or walk continuously for the duration of shift. Must be able to bend, lift, push, and carry up to 50lbs. All other duties as assigned. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED required. No experience necessary, training will be provided. Basic English skills required. Fluency is not required but English must be at a level that allows the associate to greet our guests appropriately, receive direction, understand, and communicate about common requests and needs. Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise levels. Working hours may include scheduled shifts Monday through Sunday. Normal work schedules may vary based on business needs. Position requires availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Position may require overtime. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Knowledge of practices, methods, tools and equipment used in preparing and applying paint to a wide variety of building, machinery and equipment surfaces. Knowledge of techniques and principles of matching paint colors, including primary colors, tinting capabilities and reading color specifications. Knowledge of practices and techniques of hanging and patching drywall, including textures and leveling finishes. Perform paint, drywall repairs and installation. Perform finish work on dry wall, mud, and some trowel. Perform color match. Perform wood and metal framing/carpentry. Repair and install wallpaper, dura rock, stucco etc. Complete full room preventative maintenance. Assist engineers on special projects sometimes requiring general engineering hand tools. Schedules out of order rooms. Perform smoke seals on fire doors. Ability to work independently work and exercise sound judgment in performing assignments. Ensure that when using paint, stain and solvents that proper ventilation and safety equipment is used. Ensure that all areas not being textured, painted and stained are completely covered with drop cloths or plastic. Ensure to maintain a complete paint or drywall supply stock in a storage area for repairs or painting touchups needing to be done throughout entire facilities. Ensure to maintain a painting schedule for the touch up throughout the facilities. To ensure efficiency, bring all supplies and tools needed to complete the project or repairs to the area in which you are working. Then return all tools to their rightful place. Ensure that the work area is cleaned before you leave. This means you might have to dust, mop, vacuum, sweep, or rearrange items moved in the process of the work getting done. Ensure that all Building, Health and Fire Department codes are followed in regard to the painting or drywall trade. Ensure to follow the OSHA requirement for safety when working alone, around other employees, and/or our guests using the public areas. Ensure that MSDS sheets are maintained for every paint, stain and solvents that is used in the painting department. We are looking for a Full-Time experienced HVAC / MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure that all refrigerant is recovered and logged according to the EPA certification. Must maintain a Universal Certification. Ensure that the hot works permit requirements are followed. Ensure that all HVAC & R equipment is having the preventive maintenance done according to manufactures or health department requirements. Ensure that onsite HVAC & R parts are stocked for the necessary repairs. Ensure that if preventive maintenance or repairs to any HVAC & R equipment that gets completed that all areas are cleaned and disposed of. Ensure that the logging of equipment data, equipment repairs, and refrigerant usage are maintained. Ensure that tools and instruments used for repairs of the HVAC & R equipment are in good working order or even sent out for testing if required. Ensure that OSHA requirements are followed for the safety when working by oneself, working around other employees and around our guest using public areas. Ensure that the proper safety equipment is used when working around HVAC & R equipment or the use of tools. Ensure that there is minimal loss of efficiency all parts and tools needed for the repairs are taken all at the same time to do the job. Responsible for the tools to be returned in its rightful place. Ensure to maintain MSDS sheets for any liquids, chemicals, or powder products use in the HVAC & R department.
