We are looking for a Part Time Bartender for the PUB 365 Restaurant. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks. Assist customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations. Making food and beverage recommendations to guests as appropriate. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails. Plan and present bar menu. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend and lift up to 20lbs. Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays. Perform all other job-related duties as requested. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED required. Must be 21 years old. Must have craft beer experience including 2 years' experience as a bartender. Must have a valid NV Health, TAM, and Non-Gaming cards. Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise levels.
