Job Description
We are looking for a Guest Room Attendants that will perform routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and bathrooms under supervision of the housekeeping supervisor. Room Attendants promotes a positive image of the property to guest and must be pleasant, honest, and friendly and should be able to address guest requests and problems. Guest Room Attendant should maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all housekeeping departmental policies/service and also the hotel's procedures/standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Per brand standards, cleans assigned Guest rooms or suites, which includes making beds, vacuuming, dusting, arranging room furniture if required and cleaning bathroom(s), clean baseboards, remove scuff marks, clean mirrors, toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, and floors daily.
Restock useable items in Guest rooms or suites (i.e., soap, towels, and paper items).
Notifies supervisor promptly of any special guestroom or suite issues including reporting of any maintenance needs.
Promptly handles Guest complaints or requests and refers to Supervisor if unable to handle.
Ensures that all rooms or suites are secured upon leaving the Guest room or suite.
Communicate clean status of each room upon completion.
Handles chemicals and equipment as trained and according to label directions.
Operate and maneuver housekeeping carts.
Must be able to stand and or walk continuously for the duration of shift.
Must be able to bend, lift, push, and carry up to 50lbs.
All other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required. No experience necessary, training will be provided. Basic English skills required. Fluency is not required but English must be at a level that allows the associate to greet our guests appropriately, receive direction, understand, and communicate about common requests and needs. Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise levels. Working hours may include scheduled shifts Monday through Sunday. Normal work schedules may vary based on business needs. Position requires availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Position may require overtime. All team members are subject to a 90-day probationary period.

Ensure that the work area is cleaned before you leave. This means you might have to dust, mop, vacuum, sweep, or rearrange items moved in the process of the work getting done.
Ensure that all Building, Health and Fire Department codes are followed in regard to the painting or drywall trade.
Ensure to follow the OSHA requirement for safety when working alone, around other employees, and/or our guests using the public areas.
Ensure that MSDS sheets are maintained for every paint, stain and solvents that is used in the painting department.
Ensure that a purchase order is written for every part or supply needed after the approval of Director of Facilities.
Ensure that the daily or weekly checklist is followed in its entirety.
Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

JOB SUMMARY
The Massage Therapist is responsible for providing guests with comprehensive and professional massage, baths, and body therapies, adhering to company SOP's. Performs massage services offered on spa menu, using proper draping techniques, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Comply with and maintain safety, sanitation, and disinfection standards, properly clean and sanitize products, rooms, tools and equipment, following TRILOGY and State Governing Boards requirements and guidelines.
Provide guests with a tour of the spa facility, as needed.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Must have a High School diploma or equivalent, or any other combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and capabilities.
Must have a current NV Massage Therapy License.
Must have at least 1-3 years' experience in a Massage Therapist position, preferably in a luxury hotel/resort environment.
Knowledge of Massage Theory, Anatomy, and Physiology.
Must be polished, professional, and have a strong command of both written and verbal English.
Must be organized, proactive, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Job Description
We are looking for a Casino Barback that will provide friendly and excellent service to every guest as well as keep the casino bar area clean and stocked at all times.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for ensuring a consistent flow of services to guest and cocktail servers by assisting bartender with their job functions.
Knowledge of Beers, wines, liquors and non-alcoholic products including dry goods.
Knowledge of tapping and removing beer kegs.
Knowledge of SNHD protocol.
Communicate effectively with management for any product missing or out of date.
Collaborate with management team and bartenders to perform regular inventories, ascertain par levels for items and compile weekly orders.
Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the bar tops, bar wells, floors, coolers and related job storage.
Maintains par stock levels during and before end of shift.
Process all requisition from beverage vendors and/or any warehouse confirming all items were properly ordered and received.
Distribute all orders to the appropriate locations.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift and bend.
Perform all other job-related duties as requested.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Recommended Casino Barback experience but not required. Must be 21 years old. Must have or be able to acquire a valid NV Health Card, TAM and Non-Gaming Card. Be able to reach, bend, pull and lift up to 30 lbs. Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise levels

Appeal to impatient or irritated customers, especially during rush hours.
Manage the register, including all credit card, cash operations, and Casino Comp Dollars.
Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period.
