Job Summary: The High School Teacher - Chemistry / Physics is responsible for providing an engaging and effective learning environment for students. Student Support and Development Provide academic support and mentorship to students, helping them set goals and develop strong study habits. Identify students needing additional help and provide extra support or refer them to appropriate resources, such as tutoring or counseling services. Guide students in developing essential skills like time management, collaboration, communication, and critical thinking. Collaboration and Communication Collaborate with colleagues in subject-specific teams, interdisciplinary groups, and school-wide committees to ensure a consistent and integrated learning experience for all students. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to discuss students' progress, achievements, and any concerns through conferences, phone calls, or emails. Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Physics, Science Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred .
