Good place to work! Not as well paid for the effort they expect compared to the competition, but okay.
Not a lot of flexibility and dynamicism from management, which means the company isn't growing as I wish it were. Pay is okay, but the hours are not reliable. You have to dedicate more time to the company than they give to you.
Occasional free lunches or happy hours. Occasional tips from parents during the holidays. There are no benefits, despite the company saying there are. It's almost impossible to qualify.
