The paraprofessional will also be expected to carry out roles to support the overall Movement School environment, such as lunch or recess coverage.Key Responsibilities: Assist the teacher with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and instructional activities. Provide academic support to students in one-on-one or small group settings. Support students in developing social-emotional and communication skills. Monitor and manage student behavior, using positive behavior strategies and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
