To substitute in emergency situations for less than a full day (assuming the Instructor is not already teaching a full day) when there are no reasonable alternatives available to the AD. Experience teaching adult and young adult students is necessary in this position. Education Required: Bachelors or better in English or related field. Preferred: Certificate or better in CELTA or related field. Certificate or better in TESOL or related field. Masters or better in Applied Linguistics or related field. Masters or better in TESOL or related field. Experience: A minimum of 6 months of ELS teaching experience for those who do not have an MA in TESOL or CELTA.
