Qualifications Experience tutoring or teaching K-12 students (after-school or intervention program experience preferred). Strong content knowledge in Math and/or ELA aligned with California Common Core Standards. Ability to differentiate instruction for varied skill levels and learning styles. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently in a school setting. Preferred Experience: Associate's degree or minimum of 24 college credits required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Korean (other languages also welcome). Experience supporting English Learners (ELD) or Special Education students. Familiarity with data-driven instruction and formative assessment practices.
