The new facility will contain 1,040 beds and provide 125 accessory parking spaces below grade for all staff and service providers. In addition, the facility will provide 20,000 square feet of community and commercial space on the ground floor.

DESCPRIPTION:
The Document Control Manager has responsibility for their designated project assignment which includes all document control functions including management of the approved management tools.
All project document control compliance efforts including submission of owner documentation protocols
Implement/Execute the project specific communication tools
Notifying staff on specific issues / notices as it relates to permits, correspondence, and other project notices
Executing the project plan and approach for all subcontractors and field staff
Representing client relations for documentation flow and procedure approach
Oversee and implement the project software implementation and auditing weekly compliance for staff members
Responsible to monitor all staffing members documentation efforts including engineer of record documentation responsibilities
Organizing all required trainings for onboarding process
Coordination with the Senior Project Manager for day-to-day activities / tasks
Ensure all disciplines are managing the software tools appropriately
Regularly update, conform, and distribute notices, drawings, specifications, etc. for all project documentation effort at each stage of project
Coordinate and attend Meetings for minutes
Communicate with all staff, field supervision and Owner
Monitoring of all Design submittals and RFI's
Help manage staffing schedule
Review, conform and distribute drawings and specifications for release for
REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years of related work experience in document control
Experience working with documents, hard copy and digital, and file management
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational skills
Experience performing quality control checks
Ability to clearly and professionally communicate both verbally and written
Ability to follow directions after receiving the project orientation criteria and work flow instructions
Attention to detail
Experience working with secure contract documents, reports, and plans for infrastructure that may be classified as sensitive information is preferred
Experience working with Procore is preferred

A $1.18 billion design-build contract from the Gateway Development Commission for the HTP which aims to enhance rail resiliency by adding two new tracks between New York and New Jersey and rehabilitating the storm-damaged North River Tunnel. As a Safety Representative at Frontier-Kemper-Tutor Perini joint venture, reporting to the Safety Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enforcing the health and safety plans for each project site. Working closely with site safety managers, you will ensure that all health and safety requirements are met and maintained throughout the duration of the project.
This position may require working various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on project needs and scheduling requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe job site by monitoring conditions and promptly addressing safety issues or deficiencies.
Supervise on-site safety staff, including Safety Coordinators, Safety Apprentices, and Safety Administrative Assistants across multiple shifts.
Oversee the purchase of safety equipment and ensure its availability on site.
Manage site-specific safety assignments and provide coverage across multiple shifts.
Ensure full compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations; stay up to date with legal and regulatory changes.
Conduct daily site inspections to monitor construction activities and identify risks.
Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in developing and implementing job-specific safety plans.
Review accident response procedures and ensure readiness.
Prepare and review safety meeting minutes.
Maintain the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) and Hazard Communication Program.
Complete and file incident reports; maintain accurate documentation.
Collect and review toolbox reports from foremen and subcontractors.
Monitor monthly man-hour reports and address any discrepancies; maintain the OSHA log.
Track and document all accidents and manage related paperwork and investigations.
Collect monthly safety hours from subcontractors for reporting.
Conduct regular safety audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Identify and mitigate hazardous conditions and unsafe work practices.
Provide and oversee safety and first aid training for project site personnel.
Investigate all accidents and safety violations in coordination with employees, subcontractors, and the CCIP carrier.
Ensure all required field documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
Accompany safety, health, and insurance inspectors during site walkthroughs.
Prepare written appeals for any safety violation citations.
Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Train and mentor safety staff.
Plan, assign, and delegate work responsibilities.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Administer disciplinary actions when necessary.
Resolve employee concerns or issues effectively.
Requirements:
CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) certification required.
CSP (Certified Safety Professional) certification highly preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in construction; heavy civil/underground/TBM experience highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety laws and regulations.
Current First Aid and CPR certification from the American Red Cross (or equivalent).
Current local OSHA certification (must be obtained within 6 months of hire if not currently certified).
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.

LiRo-Hill is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead a complex project at a major medical center in Brooklyn. This $30M healthcare infrastructure project includes switchgear replacement, electrical shutdowns, power turnovers, system startups, and ongoing coordination with hospital operations.
Manage all phases of a major electrical infrastructure upgrade, including switchgear replacement and complex power distribution work.
Plan and execute electrical shutdowns, cut-overs, turnovers, and system energization/startup. Ensure safe, accurate sequencing of electrical activities within an occupied healthcare facility.
Coordinate closely with hospital facilities, building engineers, and clinical departments to plan outage windows and minimize disruptions.
Enforce compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection-control requirements.
Work in partnership with the on-site Superintendent while serving as the primary PM for all electrical scopes.

Qualifications
8-12+ years of construction project management experience with a strong focus on electrical systems, power distribution, or utility upgrades.

Experience working in healthcare, mission-critical, or occupied facilities.
Proven ability to manage electrical contractors and coordinate with building operations staff.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our Mechanical construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings and plans for Plumbing Trade. You will work closely with team leader, Project Managers, and site personnel to ensure that all drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards.
Job Description:
Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD MEP, and other relevant software.
Draft Plumbing shop drawings, sections, and elevations based on sketches, field notes, and design data.
Revise and update drawings as per client or engineer feedback.
Coordinate with PM and construction teams to gather and interpret project data.
Maintain an organized filing system of drawings and documentation for easy access and revision tracking.
Ensure drawings comply with local codes, standards, and project specifications.
Perform quantity take-offs and basic estimations if required.
Assist in preparing as-built drawings post project completion.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Drafting, or related field from an accredited university desired. HS Diploma required.
5 years of experience as a Draftsman in a construction environment.
Proficiency in AutoCAD MEP, Revit , and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

DESCRIPTION:
As a Field Engineer at Frontier-Kemper, reporting to the Senior Project Engineer, you will have the opportunity to:
* Review project plans and develop a construction schedule in coordination with project-wide activities.
* Coordinate with subcontractors on advanced material acquisitions and pre-construction deliverables
* Develop and assist with obtaining quotes and draft contracts to meet project requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or similar, from an accredited institution
* 3 or more years of civil construction experience
* Experience on large heavy civil infrastructure projects in dense urban setting with public sector clients a plus.
* Knowledge of construction safety and current federal & OSHA Requirements.
* Project controls techniques (i.e. cost accounting, basic estimating, forecasting, and contracts)
* A strong working knowledge of the critical path method and resource scheduling.
* Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and Primavera P6.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Good attention to detail, with the ability to recognize discrepancies.

As a Quality Assurance / Quality Control Engineer reporting to the Quality Control Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and execution of the quality management plan for civil construction projects.
**Job Description:**
+ Assist in implementing the project-specific Quality Management Plan in alignment with company policies and industry standards.
+ Perform routine inspections and audits of construction activities, materials, and processes to verify compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
