Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of project management experience in HVAC/MEP construction, with at least 2 years supporting mission critical or large-scale commercial projects preferred. Strong understanding of construction logistics, job cost accounting, and project financials. Proven ability to build and manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
