The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overall planning, collaboration and preparation of business development materials (information, prequalification and proposal packages, and presentation/interview materials) under the direction of the Marketing/BD Manager. This position is extremely deadline driven and requires a strong ability to multitask. The Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for quality and timeliness of all work products. The role interfaces with internal staff (other Marketing Coordinators, Business Development Executives, Vice Presidents, Project Executives, Project Managers, Estimators, external consultants, etc.) as needed in the proposal/interview preparation process and day-to-day responsibilities.
**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Independently plan and execute proposal production, ensuring consistency in branding, format, and content
+ Work closely with the other internal team members--in all regions--and external consultants in the preparation and collaboration of the proposal and interview materials
+ Lead the process to ensure outside departments and external consultants/architects are following deadlines and R&S branding guidelines to create winning submittals
+ Proactively oversee the writing, quality control, and editing of proposal content
+ Assist in the continuing improvement of our proposal/interview content
+ Oversee compliance with corporate standards for internal/external materials and marketing-driven procedures
+ Assist Business Development Executives, Vice Presidents, and Project Executives with Microsoft Dynamics 360 database input for weekly business development lead tracking updates
+ Continuously input, maintain, and manage project information and employee resumes in Microsoft Dynamics 360 CRM database
+ Collaborate with Corporate Communications to maintain the photography database
+ Manage local maintenance of all marketing equipment and supplies for proposals
+ Assist with the coordination of and potential attendance at special events
+ Actively participate in weekly departmental conference calls with other offices
+ Participation in company training as required
+ Perform any additional duties as directed by the Marketing/BD Manager or Business Development Executives

RUDOLPH AND SLETTEN has an immediate need for a Superintendent to coordinate field operations for medium- to large-scale projects with a commitment to quality and safe construction processes. This includes managing the use of material and workforce personnel on the jobsite to obtain client satisfaction and company profit. This position reports directly to the Jobsite Project Manager, General Superintendent (if applicable) or other assigned supervisors.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Ensures and promotes an attitude of safety awareness and takes full accountability for safety on the project, including the following:
+ Demonstrates full and current knowledge of all OSHA safety requirements and always maintains compliance with these requirements
+ Develops the jobsite specific safety plan in coordination with Safety Manager/Coordinator and General Superintendent
+ Develops a jobsite-specific incident response procedure with Project Manager, Superintendents, and Engineers
+ Assists in managing required safety documentation, including serious incident review
+ Maintains jobsite-safety and continuously monitors jobsite for potential safety hazards; takes immediate appropriate action to correct any safety issues
+ Schedules safety meetings and leads all-hands safety meetings

+ Communicates job status to Project Manager and other management team members on a regular basis
+ Maintains a good line of communication with owner, subcontractors, building trades, and local unions. Uses conflict mediation and troubleshooting skills to resolve any issues, questions, or concerns
+ Handles a varied workload and multiple priorities while working as a team with coworkers to accomplish company and project goals
+ Always represents the company with professionalism and a commitment to quality
+ Performs all other duties as assigned by supervisor
+ Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations to include health, safety, and welfare as appropriate

**REQUIREMENTS:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent; certification
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field is desired; a combination of education and work experience will also be considered in lieu of degree
+ Minimum of Eight (8) years of experience in the field or in a related area required
+ Work experience in all disciplines of construction (civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing) preferred
+ Experience with large commercial projects; healthcare, higher education, corporate campuses, justice, science & technology is desired.
+ Work experience in all disciplines of construction (civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing) preferred
+ Experience managing multiple subcontractors

This immersive, full-time program runs for 8 -10 weeks and begins in late May or early June.
Responsibilities
Throughout the summer, you will be exposed to:
**Project Management:** Working in project management gives you an understanding of the day-to-day and long-term business and financial management associated with construction projects.
+ **Financial Management** - Review gross billings, track change orders and subcontractor requisitions
+ **Document Control** - Managing the submittals, RFI, and material tracking process
+ **Trade Partner Success** - Become a trusted advisor to our subcontractors to plan for a successful field installation
**Field Management:** Learn the intricacies of the building process, assist in site logistics, and ensure quality and safety on our jobsites.
+ **Quality Control and Safety** - Monitoring trade workers with emphasis on quality of work and safety
+ **Project Schedule** - Assisting with schedule management and site logistics
+ **Critical Thinking** - Resolving unforeseen challenges within installation, schedule, and trade partner coordination
**Project Development:** Understand how we acquire new work, develop winning strategies, and build strong client relationships through budgeting, estimating, and purchasing.
+ **Budgeting** - Reviewing initial contract documents, soliciting and providing preliminary evaluations of subcontractor bids
+ **Estimating -** Performing quantity takeoffs, preparing the overall bid proposal and quantify labor and material prices required for projects
+ **Purchasing** - Collaborate to execute subcontractor agreements, review scope of work and manage relationships with the subcontractor community
**Business Operations:** Explore the essential functions that keep our company running smoothly, gaining a holistic view of the Clark organization.
**Basic Qualifications**

The work environment and requirements described below are representative of those necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
**The Physical Side of the Role:** This is an active, hands-on role. You can expect to be on your feet frequently, navigating active job sites with uneven terrain, stairs, ladders, and hoists. The work is physically demanding and requires a full range of motion, including bending, kneeling, and reaching. You'll need to be comfortable frequently lifting and carrying materials up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively, as well as visual acuity for reading plans and inspecting work. The role does include desk time in the office that may require prolonged periods of sitting for tasks like computer work, document review, and meetings.
**Your Work Environment:** You'll spend a significant amount of your time on active construction sites, which means being adaptable to all kinds of weather and moderate to loud noise levels, and comfortable in elevated or confined work areas with moving mechanical equipment and with the fast-paced nature of a project in progress. You will also spend time in a typical office setting with moderate noise levels. Your safety is our top priority, and you'll be expected to follow Clark Construction's safety policies and procedures, and all applicable laws, at all locations.

You are expected to monitor and respond to communications (phone calls, emails, text messages) as required to address these situations effectively. Your ability to manage these expectations and be responsive when critical issues arise is key to your success in this role and our collective success as a team.

_Clark offers a total compensation package. Benefits could include commuter benefits or fitness reimbursement. Hourly rates will be determined by factors such as geographic location, education, experience, and market_ _considerations._ _For this role the hourly rate is $26 - 33/ hr._
