Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in education, Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a related field is preferred. Alternative combinations of education and experience that demonstrate the ability to perform the essential duties may be considered. Experience: Prior experience working with at-risk youth, in juvenile detention, or in an educational setting is preferred. Experience tutoring or teaching, particularly in a structured or correctional environment, is a plus.
