The ideal candidate will work directly with students to support skill acquisition and promote academic, social, and behavioral growth. A daily substitute is responsible for the management and instruction of a classroom in the absence of their regular teacher. This includes, but is not limited to, following and delivering provided lesson plans, managing classroom behaviors, supervision of students, and assignment of classwork and homework. The substitute may act as a teacher or an aide, depending on the needs of the school.
