Summary:
We are currently hiring for the position of Patient Case Manager. This position will serve as a patient journey liaison for Intake, responsible for constant communication between departments for referral workflow. Creates professional interactions with internal and external customers and referral sources. Researches and identifies causes of slow referral movement and collaborates with other teams to improve the referral workflow process.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing, reviewing, and assisting with coordination of workflow processes of new and existing referrals. Utilize reporting tools to determine patient priority.
Identify and resolve all care coordination complaints, concerns, or deficiencies from Department Managers, Sales/Marketing Staff, and Referral Sources.
Review status of new referrals within 24-48 hours of receipt. Will assist with determination of IC vs IS workflow due to referral checklist criteria.
Monitor workflow Queues daily to assess stop gaps in referral process and review for improvements. Engage with appropriate Intake staff member to aid in process of referrals within Queues.
Coordinate with other department managers in developing new processes/tools to streamline referral workflow.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or GED required. A current, unrestrictive Licensed Practical Nurse or Certified Pharmacy Technician for the State of Practice
Experience: Minimal of 3 or more years of experience in a pharmacy, healthcare or clinical setting managing a high volume of complex patient cases within an Intake/admissions referral process. Must be proficient in computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, and Word.

You will be the RN responsible for safely and efficiently delivering infusion therapy to our customers suffering from chronic diseases and acute medical illnesses. We welcome RNs from all medical backgrounds with a positive attitude, preferably possessing outstanding IV skills, and requiring a license in the state of practice.

Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing, Associate degree in Nursing and current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice. Must have a current, CPR certification (BLS minimum, including hands-on/in-person assessment). Minimum of one years' experience providing nursing care preferred. Infusion experience preferred; Telephone, MS Office and computer/keyboard skills required. Previous EMR experience preferred.

Summary:
We are currently hiring for the position of Cash Posting Specialist. This position is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate posting of all account receivable payments, adjustment transactions and that all amounts are balanced to the deposits and all related transactions such as contractual adjustments, denials and payment reversals included in remittance correspondence are recorded in the patient accounting system and any variances are reported immediately.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Review documentation to identify appropriate information needed to post payments and adjustments to patient accounts. Perform research to identify where unidentified cash should be posted and correct any posting errors or discrepancies. Maintain posting and transferring payments for secondary claims. Run ACH and CC twice per month and post to accounts. Submit collections monthly.
Resolve any missing ERNs or checks to ensure accurate reconciliation and posting for accounts. Balance all deposits daily.

Summary:
We currently have an opening for a full-time Intake Specialist II position in the Murfreesboro area. This position collaborates with various referral sources and other departments on initial patient admissions. Obtains information and documentation to process referrals and meet insurance requirements for successful authorizing, dispensing and billing of patient's medications and care. Communicates with patients on referral process, expenses and patient questions. Understands and reviews medical policies specific to Insurance/Policies, understands and reviews contracting for insurances.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage email, fax and web portals for new referrals, answer incoming calls regarding referrals and work closely with other departments to complete referrals. Verify insurance coverage to determine patient OOP, obtain documentation to ensure the product(s) are being ordered meet(s) insurance requirements, coordinate with authorization counterparts to ensure all information required by insurance is successfully authorized, dispense and bill medication. Capture all relevant information in internal systems.
Arrange nursing as needed for patients with a variety of nursing agencies, based on insurance and patient need and assist in negotiating nursing rates with nursing agencies if subcontracting is needed due to insurance company requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Current, unrestricted Pharmacy Technician (PT) license in the state of practice and Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) or professional license (LPN, Medical Assistant, etc.) preferred.
