This entry-level position is responsible for learning and training on a variety of tasks to process, dry and package whey products that meet customer expectations and support the achievement of the company's vision, mission and values.
Essential Functions
Provide assistance to operators and learn the basics of each position.
Perform preventative operator maintenance (POM) duties and complete additional cleaning tasks as determined by the supervisor.
Provide support to Whey Operator during CIP process.
Monitor, test and correct CIP concentrations.
Assist and support cleaning-related POMs.
Assist in CIP on MP RO/POL, Water HTST and all associated lines, tanks and equipment according to SOPs.
Provide support to Lactose Operator and Evap Operator during CIP process.
Monitor and sample RO/POL/HTST process during shutdown, CIP, and startup at specified control points and correct any deviations from defined analytical set points.
Transport finished WPC80 and Lactose to storage.
Maintain good communications with lead and/or supervisors to ensure a safe, continuous product flow and proper maintenance of equipment.
Complete and maintain appropriate paperwork and documentation to ensure accurate record keeping.
Operate and monitor assigned food safety preventative controls including verification activities, equipment operation, records requirements and corrective action database.
Safely handle, prepare and use chemicals while wearing proper PPE.
Attend and/or complete required safety and quality training sessions by the assigned deadlines.
Comply with all company safety rules to achieve no injuries and no lost time accidents.
Understand and adhere to all food safety, GMPs, and OSHA policies and procedures.
Adhere to all standard GMPs and performs all work in a manner that ensures the highest standard of food safety and quality.

This position ensures the City's wastewater and water facilities operate efficiently, remain mechanically sound, and meet all safety and compliance standards. Duties include operating and monitoring systems, collecting water and sludge samples, maintaining equipment, and assisting with underground utility location - all in a clean, safe, and cost-effective manner.
Essential Functions
Operate, inspect, monitor, and repair control panels, pumps, meters, hydrants and a wide variety of mechanical and electrical equipment.
Make regular tours of the wastewater and water facilities; read charts, gauges, and other instruments; and record information on plant logs and adjust as needed or directed.
Collect water, wastewater, and sludge samples; conduct basic field and lab tests; analyze and record results.
Troubleshoot and calibrate lab equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Assist customers with water-related issues, including low pressure, leaks, or water discoloration, etc.
Ensure water regulations, investigate violations and collect samples for testing.
Ensure a safe potable water distribution system by visually inspecting proper flushing of water lines prior to contractors putting lines into service. Set hydrant meters to accurately bill for potable water being used during construction activities. Locate, trace and mark water mains and services for emergency personnel.
Perform general office work as required, including entering data into computer spreadsheets, typing reports and answering phone calls.
Must have the ability to handle and monitor inventory of chemicals.

The Milbank Wastewater Treatment Facility began operation in 1982, includes:
Mechanical pre-treatment, biological secondary treatment, and seasonal chemical final treatment.
A collection system of 10 lift stations and thousands of feet of mainline sewer.
A Class II treatment Water Distribution system serving 3,500 residents.
Facilities such as spring galleys, deep well pump houses, transmission lines, water storage, and treatment pumping/control.
Work is primarily outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain, snow) and may involve uneven or slippery surfaces.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time hourly position allocated 40 hours per week. Normal hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Travel
Limited travel is required for this position but is needed for certification and contact hrs.

Work Environment
Occupational therapy assistants work primarily in occupational therapists' offices, in hospitals, and in nursing care facilities. Occupational therapy assistants spend much of their time on their feet while setting up equipment and providing therapy to patients.
Education
Occupational therapy assistants need an associate's degree from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program. All states regulate the practice of occupational therapy assistants.

Responsibilities:
* Manage, monitor, and ensure compliance with environmental regulatory requirements and programs including NPDES Industrial Storm Water General Permits, SWPPP & SPCC, waste storage and handling requirements, and other related environmental regulatory programs\.
* Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual NetDMR reporting, TRI reporting, Tier II reporting, and ensure timely and accurate submission in accordance with applicable regulations\.
* Develop and execute targeted environmental compliance projects and initiatives to drive continual improvements, efficiencies, and cost reductions at an accelerated pace\.
* Support TSV & Textron Sustainability program initiatives and actions in areas of ESG assessments, customer response surveys and sustainability project/program actions\.
* Conduct training and learning sessions as required for various environmental and sustainability topics\.
* Directly manage energy, waste and water data collection/reporting process\.
* Leverage common best\-practice processes and establish benchmarking activities to achieve improved planning, visibility, performance and effectiveness\.
* Coordinate and execute planning activities with various stakeholders to ensure needs are understood and incorporated into project actions\.
* Create and maintain written reports related to project status, compliance & event investigations, targeted initiatives and program updates on a regular basis\.

*Licensed Therapist $73k-$74k or more with good experience
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES:

Reaching out with mental health services children who are at-risk and their families. Your services will be primarily in a school environment, an office will be provided, and some home based services for clinical care children and families.
Connecting with other agencies (customers) who are working with the youth.
Scheduling. Your service will focus on helping the family and child, often during non-traditional hours when your clients are available after school hours and evenings.
Documenting. Like all agencies, documenting of case notes and billable hours is required.
Billing. Full-time staff provide 109 client hours per month out of the 173 working hours available in a month (40 hours x 4.3 actual weeks per month). The average client hours are 26-28 hours per week.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensure Candidate:
Completed master's degree and working toward licensure(LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP). We provide licensure supervision.
Licensed Therapist:
Fully Licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP).
EXPERIENCE:
Demonstrated ability to work with children and families experiencing mental health issues in a direct care role.
Familiar with a variety of counseling techniques with theories to aid in the care and treatment of individuals with mental health needs such as behavior modifications for children, child development education, communication, decision-making skills, anger management, social skills, leisure, self-esteem and basic home budgeting.
