Opportunity
We are looking for a Director, Partner Onboarding & Operations who is a self-starter energized by working with customers and building strong relationships both externally and internally to drive exceptional outcomes for our customers and members. In this role, you will own the entire onboarding and deployment of the Twin program(s) end-to-end. The ability to problem solve, analyze and troubleshoot with strong verbal and written communication skills, tailored to communicate based on the situation and audience in a fast paced environment will be key.
Working with a complex clinical delivery model in a high-growth environment, our Director, Partner Onboarding & Operations has to expertly navigate through ambiguity while managing internal and external teams in a highly detail-oriented, organized and structured manner - all while ensuring we deliver on-time and exceed customer expectations. As part of our growing team, your input and contributions will be critical to helping Twin continuously improve, optimize and scale our onboarding process.

Responsibilities
Drive Partner Value
Establish and maintain highly effective relationships with key stakeholders, executives and the C-suite across large enterprise partners
Develop fluent understanding of Twin Health programs, onboarding processes, growth marketing approach and clinical operations
Successfully onboard Twin's program(s) end-to-end across a portfolio of Twin customers, including self-insured employers, health plans and health systems
Lead discovery sessions to gain insight into Twin's customers' culture, priorities, and goals in order to design tailored solutions that work for their populations
Provide consultative recommendations to increase member engagement, enhance program results, and optimize overall partner satisfaction
Perform and lead the setup, configuration, and testing of customer instances to ensure proper functionality
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Train customers on Twin programs to drive awareness and enrollment
Analyze customer data pre and post launch to provide actionable insights for internal teams and customers
Deliver Project Management Excellence
Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously - setting expectations, managing overall project plan, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure timeliness and launch readiness
Effectively manage customer stakeholders throughout onboarding, including leading customer meetings, setting and managing expectations, building stakeholder alignment, and managing risks and escalations
Work with technical partners at the customer (or 3rd parties) to operationalize data access and eligibility file management, including finalizing file/data requirements, setting up file transfer and validation, and ongoing issue resolution
Prepare, execute and participate in special events held for or hosted by partners
Prepare slide presentations and reports in a consumable client format that delivers actionable insights post launch
Manage project expectations through regular meetings, project status reports and maintaining great relationships
Build out standard onboarding work, templates, playbooks to drive continuous improvement and best practice development in our approach
Lead Cross-functionally
Manage partner issues/escalations and mobilize internal teams such as Partner Experience, Partner Integration, Clinical Delivery, Product, Member Operations and Business Development, to drive resolution
Work cross-functionality with teams such as Clinical Delivery, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Billing Operations and Executive teams to ensure partner/market feedback is shared for ongoing improvements
Partner with Member Marketing to develop pre-launch member promotional strategies and toolkits that will increase member engagement, enhance program results, and optimize overall partner satisfaction
Provide input and recommendations for improvements for internal processes to provide efficiency and effectiveness.
Serve as internal team SME/point person to ensure efficiency and consistency across the onboarding lifecycle
Drive internal alignment and manage downstream customer with internal cross-functional teams

Qualifications
10+ years of onboarding and customer facing experience
10+ years of health tech client onboarding and project management experience (senior manager level or above)
Experience with health benefits, health and wellness, health plans or systems
Ability to communicate and work across client organizations, engaging on a range of tactical and strategic issues, with senior executives as well as execution teams
Exceptionally strong project management skills, with demonstrated organizational skills, high attention to detail and ability to balance between thoughtful planning and timely execution
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment working under time constraints
Proficiency with Google applications, PM tools, such as InspirePlanner, Monday.com, and MS Project

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $180,000-$195,000 annually.

The Opportunity
Own the end-to-end member activation and enrollment funnel-from first touch to enrollment. You'll be a player-coach who ships an agent-driven onboarding experience (voice, SMS, chat, in-app) that welcomes hundreds of thousands of people into Twin Health.
Responsibilities
Craft the vision & strategy for activation and enrollment; define the north-star and guardrail metrics.
Ship agent-led experiences: design voice + chat flows, prompts, policies, and handoffs to humans when needed to drive outcomes.

Qualifications
12+ years in Product Management; significant time owning growth/activation for consumer or prosumer mobile products.
Experimentation depth: hypothesis → design → instrumentation → analysis; comfortable with statistics and tradeoffs.
Strong product sense + UX for conversational and mobile flows; can review copy, prompts, and edge cases
AI product experience: shipped features using LLMs/agents/automations that replaced or augmented manual workflows.

Responsibilities:
Managing day to day inventory tasks
Ordering and receiving drugs from manufacturers
Maintaining adequate stock levels for drugs packaging, and office supplies
Ensuring proper temperature and humidity controls for drug storage
Processing purchase orders, invoices, and credits to and from vendors
Packing sales orders quickly and efficiently with accuracy in mind
Completing all tasks with consideration for regulatory compliance at the state and federal level
Building strong relationships using spoken and written communication with vendors, customers, couriers and colleagues

The Member Support Specialist will be the first line of contact for all Twin Members and Care teams to troubleshoot support escalations or queries related to the Twin digital product and experience, sensor-related escalations, and/ or queries related to Product/service. Opportunity
We are seeking energetic physicians to provide direct member care for our Twin Members in the United States. This role a full time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday 10am-6pm in your time zone with an on-call rotation. We are looking for candidates with multiple state licenses or an ILMC compact license.

Perform initial screening consultations for member enrollment utilizing Twin guidelines
Utilize the Twin Platform to make medication management decisions and write prescriptions for medication changes

Provide regular availability for consultation and collaboration with APPs regarding management of Twin member population

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Technical Accounting and Reporting to join our finance team. This critical role will lead the company's technical accounting initiatives, ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, and prepare public company-ready financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities
Technical Accounting:
* Lead the accounting of accounting standards specific to healthcare and technology companies, including Revenue Recognition, Stock Based Compensation, Internally Developed Software, Equity, and Leases.

Compensation for this position is $70,000 annually.

Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our team and play a key role in developing integrations with third-party scheduling systems, and clinical tools to support our clinical operations teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare, backend engineering, and system integrations, collaborating closely with backend, mobile, and AI engineers, as well as clinical operations teams to streamline workflows and enhance member experience.
Responsibilities
Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services using Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SQL databases.
Architect and build scalable integrations with third-party systems (scheduling software, EMRs, and other healthcare tools) to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure reliability, security, and scalability in integrations, considering compliance requirements such as HIPAA.
Implement event-driven architectures for seamless real-time communication across systems.
Develop and maintain automated unit and integration tests to uphold code quality.
Monitor and optimize system performance to handle rapid growth and high transaction volumes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and improve integration performance.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed, including on-call rotations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a STEM-related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of experience in software engineering.
Proficiency in Java and experience developing microservices using Spring Boot.
Strong understanding of API design and development, including RESTful services, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and third-party API integrations.
Hands-on experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and query optimization.
Experience integrating with third-party systems, particularly healthcare-related tools.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in healthcare, biosensors, or related fields is a plus but not required.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $160,000-$180,000 annually.
