KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist TCF outside sales representatives via phone and Jira tickets with scheduling, status updates, drawing status, expedite requests, shipping information, tracking, delivery, billing, freight issues or shortages, etc. Work with operations and internal sales on order and shipping expedite requests from outside sales reps and customers. Provide bill of lading (BOL), packing slips, delivery receipts, balance reports, commercial invoices and customs documents as requested by outside sales reps, customers or freight carriers. Key Responsibilities: Supply Chain Optimization: Apply APICS methodologies (e.g., Materials Requirements Planning, Lean, Master Scheduling, Capacity Planning) to design and implement efficient supply chain processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the basic setup, program adjustments, operation, and maintenance of the machine Determine specifications and job instructions from reading blueprints, examining work orders, and standard work instructions Ability to read weld symbols and tack Measure, inspect and test completed metal products to ensure compliance with specifications Complete documentation in a timely manner Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space Act, Live, and Behave by TCF Core Values. QUALIFICATIONS Typically requires a high school diploma and up to 2 years of experience Read and understand shop orders and blueprints, safety rules, standard work instructions written in English. Basic math skills to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to read a tape measure. Ability to use hand tools in a safe and proper manner.
