The Silo Operator primary responsibility is to safely and timely load sand to trucks within the facility. Making sure all truck driver personnel follow the proper guidelines when coming for pick up into the facility.
Duties and Responsibilities
Unload and load various meshes of sand out of the railcars into silos, trucks or other rail cars
Verify the amount of product within the proper truck and at the correct weight
Communicate with scale house operators about all activity
Communicate with CB radio and /or company radio
Inspection of all equipment to make sure they meet all operation guidelines
Identify and report any damages or maintenance issues of equipment to proper team leads
Work with Scale supervisor, Rail supervisor and Customer Service to alert diminishing product types
Prior rail experience is desired, but not required. Training will be provided when needed. (Includes locomotive and shuttle wagon exposure)
Guide and inform all truck drivers to follow proper procedures and traffic patterns when entering and leaving the facility
Engage in professional interaction and collaboration with other Twin Eagle Team Members and customers
Assist with general maintenance, clean-up, and any other duties as assigned by terminal manager.

Expectations of Program Manager
TEPRI seeks a Program Manager to develop and manage energy projects that support TEPRI's goals including piloting market-based solutions such as solar/storage/virtual power plants. Our objective is to create new pathways for people who contend with low-incomes to benefit from the newest energy technologies. Seeking proactive, analytical, detail oriented, creative Engineer with proven success in design and project coordination for electrical substations. This position entails detail engineering and design of substation projects from conceptual design through construction from 4kV to 345kV.
The position is located at our Boerne office and may require some overnight travel to project sites.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Stay abreast with changing technology, work planning and design methodologies associated with Substation design.
Represent SEnergy and Client when meeting with other stakeholders including property owners, other engineering firms or construction services.
Effectively communicate with Client(s) in a timely manner for assigned projects, representing SEnergy; all Client inquiries should have a response back to Client within 48 hours of request.
Ensure adherence to Client standards to develop detailed scope and engineering plans for projects. Prepare scope of work to be presented to Clients.
Project Management from start to finish including scoping to final design and implementation, for substation projects including SCADA, station physical layouts, selections/elevations, cable and ground conduit plans, ground grid design, foundation plans, structural plans, control enclosure, lighting protection and yard lighting plans.
Interpret codes and standards associated with project and ensure codes and standards are adhered to.
Develop timeline, coordinate, and assign tasks to engineers, construction or administrative staff and manage timeline until project completion.
Perform research and investigation, acquires permit applications, perform material testing, coordinates CADD work with team members and assists in scheduling and budgeting requirements for projects.
Maintain good project documentation, including calculations, telephone conversations, design decisions, rationale and filing copies of all pertinent information.
Attend project meetings as necessary with Clients to coordinate design and address any issues.
Quality control project work to maintain the expected standards for project deliverables, including CAD work ensuring accurate scales, proper spelling, proper formatting, and completeness.
Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with key Client personnel with whom project work is interfaced with.
Assist in preparing project schedules and budgets for timely completion.
Prepare project status reports and deliver to Client in a consistent and timely manner.
Accountable for the resolution of technical engineering conflicts that affect cost, schedule quality or customer satisfaction.
Mentor and/or train other staff members to transfer personal design knowledge to others.
Perform administrative duties as required from time to time including mailings, office supply and documentation reproductions.
Complete timesheets daily with project summaries in the invoicing standard format. Prepare by deadline, accurate and complete invoice letter write-ups for project work in accordance with the Company's standard format.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited program

5 years' experience in industry or related industry

Key Duties:

Prepare bid packages submitted on the Client's behalf. Assist with the evaluation of bid proposals. Convert bids documents to a contract, obtain signatures and ensure all the proper information has been provided like the certificate of insurance.
Coordinate various other projects as they come about due to Client demands and market needs.
Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks including: new project number requests, budget updates, filing; shredding; running errands; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agenda; and compiling documents for travel related meetings.
Review field notes and prepare CAD plan and profile drawings using hand sketches and or transit shot information.
Coordinate with field personnel concerning questions or missing items.
Prepare KMZ files and download image files from TNRIS website, as required.
Prepare plan and profile drawings using design guides, GPS coordinate information, and staking sheet information including proposed pole height and framing information.

AB duties vary from vessel to vessel and from watch to watch. The Master sets the watch-standing schedule and posts the duty list for the crew. The Master or his relief must ensure that the AB stands the proper watch and performs the proper duties. These may include, but are not limited to, the following:
* 1. Operational Duties
* Making up the tow;
* Dropping, spotting and switching barges at docks;
* Assisting the vessel and tow in making locks;
* Standing lookout, or riding the head of the tow as a lookout, and;
* Performing the various tasks necessary to carry out the above, such as making a coupling, operating winches and ratchets and line handling, including splicing and throwing lines.
* 2. Maintenance Duties
* Chipping and painting vessel and tow;
* Repairing of flame screens, cleaning P/V valves, greasing winches, etc., in accordance with the barge checklist distributed by the Barge Maintenance Department;
* Dewatering the barges as necessary
* Develop a complete knowledge of all heaters;

* 3. Housekeeping Duties

* Cleaning quarters, including personal quarters;
* Cleaning the wheelhouse and galley;

* Cooking when needed.
* 4. Safety Duties
* Reporting any hazardous or unsafe condition to the Master and making "on-the-spot" corrections when capable.

* Ability to train on barge transfers including loads and discharges from start to finish
* Ability to learn and demonstrate knowledge of heater operation, including start up and shut down situations and partlow settings; hose handling, including hook-up, disconnection and proper slinging; re-packing pumps, per barge maintenance report, and barge maintenance.

Holds financial responsibility for the management and projections for Engineering, Procurement and Construction cost activities to include all Engineering activities/deliverables, all Procurement activities (material, equipment, and subcontractors), all Construction activities (cost performance) activities, and all Start-Up activities (material, equipment, subcontractors, deliverables and cost performance) activities.
Delivers effective communication to all internal and external customers (Project Team, Owner, Partners, Vendors, etc.), including reporting regarding performance metrics and progress related to Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Start-up.
Coordinates and leads Project review meetings with the owner and/or partner(s).
Reports monthly, or as requested, to the Owner, EPC Project Management Committee (if applicable) and Projects Group Management.
Plays a major role in the Project's Business Development activities related to the customer, vendor and partner.
Plays a major role in coordinating proposal development activities during EPC Project bidding phase including execution planning, scheduling, cost preparation, procurement planning, contract review and negotiations.
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related; 6+ years' experience in project management in Energy industry;
Professional registration or PMP certification
SKILLS:
Possess strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
Strong (effective) written and verbal communication skills,
Exceptional computer skills, with emphasis in project management, spreadsheet and word processing applications.
Strong skills of time management, organizational and multi-tasking.
PHYSICAL:

We primarily serve refineries and storage terminals along the Gulf Coast, East Coast, Canada, Great Lakes, Intracoastal Canal and western river systems of the United States, including the Red, Ouachita and Mississippi Rivers on which Genesis has significant existing terminals.Genesis Marine owns and operates two fleets, inland and offshore, including approximately 130 vessels. Wheelhouse personnel are responsible for supervising safe and efficient operation and performance of his crew, vessel and tow and for ensuring that the equipment is kept neat, clean and in good working order. They must also ensure that Company policies, rules and regulations are followed. Wheelhouse personnel must report to the Port Captain any and all violations of Company policy or violations of federal, state or local laws.
Key Duties:
* Responsible for routine maintenance and operation of all machinery aboard the vessel and tow and ensure that it is in good operating condition. Also ensure that the tankermen check the barge pump engines for fuel, oil water and antifreeze.
* Must advise the office of anticipated crew shortages or overages immediately so as to enable the office to make timely manning adjustments among the fleet.
* Must instruct every crewmember to be respectful and professional towards all people at fleets, docks, locks etc.
* Must set the watch standing schedule for the wheelhouse and crew, ensuring that all crewmembers work according to watch standing regulations.
* Must post station bills and muster cards and ensure that all crewmembers are familiar with their respective stations and duties in case of an emergency.
* Complete all required training, disciplinary action forms, evaluations and other personnel-related documentation. Ensure that all injuries, or illnesses of crewmembers occurring on vessel be reported.
* Responsible for setting the safety culture on the vessel and ensure all members comply with the Company Safety Program and all training requirements. Conduct monthly drills and safety meetings in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Responsible for reporting all accidents and spills on any Company tow or boat, other vessels or tows, fixed objects such as buoys, or damage which results in cargo loss, contamination, spills or pollution.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
* Valid Driver's License.
* Must have a U.S. Coast Guard license as Master Operator, uninspected towing vessels, endorsed for service on inland waters.
* Hold a valid personal Radio License issued by FCC.
* Radar Observer Certificate.
* Must attend an Advanced Pilot Management (APM) course every 5 years.
