Mr. Levy has successfully reorganized, streamlined and strengthened operations to maximize performance and profitability in over 30 companies in diverse industries. He is an Operating Partner of Atlas Holdings, LLC and the Chief Financial Officer of Twin Rivers Paper and Greenidge Generation. Prior to this, he served as Chief Restructuring Officer of Twin Rivers Paper, ZipLocal, Thompson Publishing, The Penrod Company, Marc Ecko and Interim Chief Financial Officer of National Express Corp., Blue Water Automotive Systems and other companies. Mr. Levy is a graduate of the University of Toronto, University of Western Ontario and is a Canadian Chartered Accountant (inactive).

Mr. Lukacs has responsibility for overall manufacturing for Twin Rivers Paper Company. He brings over 33 years of senior operations experience in the paper and packaging industry, leading public and private equity-owned global businesses with annual revenues ranging from $75 million to over $3 billion in the specialty and commodity market sectors. Most recently, Mr. Lukacs founded a boutique advisory and consulting firm specializing in providing executive-level business services to clients in a range of industries. Senior-level positions at WestRock, NewPage, and International Paper provide valuable paper and packaging insight. Mr. Lukacs is a graduate of the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry (SUNY-ESF)

Mr. Curtis has responsibility for overall manufacturing for Twin Rivers Paper Company. He has over 30 years of senior operations experience and was responsible for mill operations at several large facilities in the Boise Cascade, MeadWestvaco, and NewPage paper systems.

Gary Nash is a CIO at Twin Rivers Paper and is based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. He has worked as Director IT and Process Control at Verso Corporation, Process and Maintenance Engineering at International Paper, and Manager Maintenance- Oxford Specialty Papers and ERP Project Lead at MEADWESTVACO CORP. Gary attended University of Maine between 1980 and 1984 and Thomas College between 1989 and 1994.
