Help organize and host community events such as family picnics, special entertainment for the residents, parties, community coffee, etc. Provide tours to potential residents and their families. Maintain good relationships with residents, family members, community guests, co-workers, etc. Home Health Aide (HHA) Job Qualifications: Must have a desire to work with seniors. Requires level of knowledge normally required in the course of obtaining a high school diploma. Completion of on-site orientation program and maintain state requirements of a certified home health aide. Work effectively with general supervision, ability to organize and manage own work load in a busy environment. Some independent actions are required. Ability to communicate well with residents and families promoting customer service and respect. Meet the physical job demands of the position. Experience: While experience working the long-term care setting is favored, no experience is necessary. Become a Home Health Aide (HHA) at Twin Valley Assisted Living and receive paid training and orientation. Shifts Available: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (every other weekend) 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM (every other weekend) PRN (Casual/ as needed) Benefits for All Employees Include: Time and a Half Holiday Pay - Holiday Rotation Free meal during shift Job Type: Part Time, Hourly Experience: Long term residential care: 1 year (Preferred) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.10 - 23.50

    Twin Valley Assisted Living is Growing - Join Our Team! We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our vibrant assisted living team. If you are passionate about advocating for residents, promoting high-quality care, and leading by example, we want to meet you! Key Responsibilities: (Include but are not limited to:) Advocate for appropriate services tailored to each resident's individual needs. Organize and complete admission and discharge assessments; oversee additional assessments as required. Monitor daily charting for accuracy and compliance; conduct audits as needed. Ensure medication administration procedures are properly followed; address and correct any errors. Provide initial and ongoing health and medication training for all staff; document training for regulatory compliance. Partner with the Licensed Assisted Living Director to complete marketing activities and tours for prospective residents and families. Assist in planning and hosting community events (e.g., family picnics, special entertainment, coffee socials). Maintain professional communication with residents, families, staff, and external care providers (physicians, clinics, social workers, etc.). Report and document grievances according to policy. Mentor and monitor staff documentation practices; escalate concerns to the Licensed Assisted Living Director as necessary. Work effectively and independently with minimal supervision. Qualifications: Current Minnesota RN license in good standing. Strong communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of nursing assessments, care plans, and state regulations governing assisted living. Ability to explain care needs and health changes clearly to residents and families. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to care. Physically able to meet the demands of the position. Experience Preferred: Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or related healthcare settings is highly valued. Shift & On-Call Requirements: Full-time position. Includes weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation (24/7 availability for the assisted living community as needed).
