Responsibilities
Client Outcomes & Advocacy
Own the client experience for the assigned region, with NPS as the primary success metric.
Actively track and improve clients' NPS performance through relationship building, issue resolution, and value delivery
Use NPS data to inform outreach plans and success strategy adjustments
Regularly engage with clients and oversee communication on critical issues, roadmap items, and new features.
Understand regional client trends and ensure proactive outreach strategies are in place.
Surface product gaps, friction points, and enhancement opportunities to internal teams.
Serve as a high-level escalation path for client concerns that require management handling.
Consistently highlight Tyler's unique value in conversations with clients and internal stakeholders
Ensure regional teams understand how to communicate product differentiators when managing escalations or sharing best practices
Serve as a champion for the client experience-reinforcing where Tyler's solutions are delivering exceptional outcomes
Step in to handle support incidents as needed, especially during high-volume periods

People Leadership
Directly manage and develop a regional team of individuals including:
Client Experience Champions

Conduct regular 1:1s, career development planning, and performance reviews.
Foster a high-trust, high-performance team culture rooted in transparency, ownership, and continuous growth

Operational Oversight
Monitor regional call trends, case volumes, and support backlogs-ensuring appropriate resource coverage and load balancing.
Ensure SLAs are being met and pull in Client Engagement and Learning Enablement team members to assist with incidents as appropriate
Identify and act on staffing needs or workflow adjustments to improve service responsiveness.
Partner with other regional managers to share best practices and align on enterprise client strategies.
Track and report on team and regional performance-including NPS, eSAT, and operational KPIs.
Ensure all team members follow the regional feedback process defined by the Director of Client Operations.
Employee Engagement & Enablement
Own the employee satisfaction and engagement for your regional team.
Partner with Learning Enablement Coaches to ensure training is timely, targeted, and effective.
Support a culture of open feedback, recognition, and accountability.
Serve as a role model for transparent communication-owning mistakes and showing others how to recover from them with integrity and follow-through.

Primary Level Salary Range: $139,800.00 - $219,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\'s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. We are seeking a dedicated Branch Billing Coordinator who will play a crucial role in managing billing operations across multiple branches. This position is essential for ensuring accurate and timely billing processes while working closely with sales, contract administrators, and other departments.
Responsibilities
+ Work closely with sales and contract administrators to prepare customer set-ups, changes, and cancellations.
+ Enforce the use of proper paperwork for processing all billing and customer changes.
+ Manage billing for 5-7 branches.
+ Utilize Oracle billing software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
+ Enter all manual billing items at month end.
+ Prepare manual invoices as necessary for customers.
+ Collaborate with branch teammates, the collection department, and customers to resolve billing discrepancies.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in accounts receivable, customer service, and data entry.
+ Proficiency in billing customer service and invoicing.
+ Strong accounting skills.
+ Experience with Oracle and SAP software.
+ Ability to resolve invoice issues.
+ Proficiency in Excel, including filtering, sorting, and basic formulas (pivot tables and VLOOKUP not required).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree OR 1+ years of billing experience.
+ 1+ years of experience with any ERP system (for non-new grads).
+ Adaptability to varying daily tasks.
Work Environment
This position is fully on-site with training hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Post-training, the schedule can be flexible, allowing for shifts from 7am to 4pm or 9am to 6pm.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Position Summary: Functions in a project engineering technician capacity. Under general direction, supports engineering and design teams by developing and modifying technical deliverables. Applies foundational engineering principles and established design practices to create moderately complex design concepts and solutions. Utilizes digital tools and design software (e.g., CAD, BIM, 3D modelling) to create, modify, and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and project deliverables. Provides technical guidance and may offer direction to other engineering professionals and technicians to ensure quality and consistency across project outputs.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Applies knowledge of standards, systems, document control, departmental guides, applicable codes and client's policies and procedures.
May review project requirements and accurately determine the correct format and contents of the required deliverables.
Proactively applies the client Quality Program to deliverables. Demonstrates personal accuracy and supports continuous improvement and change management efforts.
Reviews design inputs in order to ensure consistency. Assists in ensuring deliverables are in compliance with the specific codes and standards suitable for the project.
May apply basic engineering principles and established design practices in developing moderately complex design concepts and deliverables. Begins to apply judgment and make decisions with respect to deliverables and input interpretation.
Capable of handling difficult technical assignments within an area of expertise and can provide technical guidance to other professionals.
Performs design calculations, detailed material quantities and estimates, and records.
May review the deliverables of others.
May define work assignments and maintain schedules.
May program control systems or participate in other plant start-up activities associated with a specialized area of expertise.
Coordinates with other design group personnel to review and exchange project information necessary for design development.

Qualifications:
Advanced Autodesk Civil3D is required with the use of pipe/pressure networks, proposed grading surfaces and plan and profile development.

Serve as backup for billing new orders as needed.
Analytical & Compliance Duties:
Support financial audits (including sales tax, workers comp, benefits, etc.) and assist with tax projects related to sales and use tax.
Contribute to inventory valuations and gain understanding of the product billing cycle's impact on inventory transactions.
Assist with documenting accounting processes, data cleanup in Great Plains, and suggest process improvements.
Learn payable transaction processes to provide backup support.
Help process cash transactions (RDS deposits, wires, ACH) and collection metrics.
Requirements
