Position Summary

Basic computer skills needed with solid understanding of equipment and mechanical aptitude.

Flexibility/dependability to meet demands of 24-hour ops. Weekend and/or evenings probable.
Knowledge of lockout/tagout, machine guarding and applicable OSHA/Oatey safety standards.

Position Summary:
The Manager of Product Compliance supports the Director of Product Compliance in executing and maintaining the Company's product compliance strategy. **Position Summary**
In this role as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will assist with maintenance and repair operations of the production equipment & building HVAC equipment to continuously improve operations of production lines and complete Preventative Maintenance requests. Will be accountable for machine down time and involved in maintaining the entire plant's physical property.
**Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot and complete basic repairs of hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems; assist in more complex equipment repairs.
+ Work in a team environment and assumes a team role while being engaged in departmental problem-solving operations.
+ Learn to process and complete all Preventative Maintenance requests for the respective departments in a timely manner and according to training provided.
+ Preventive Maintenance on rooftop HVAC units, to include clean coils, replace filters, tighten belts, inspect motors, check relays, wires, & sensors.
+ Answer calls for production support and assist in changeovers and setups.
+ Use a variety of hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, precision measuring instruments and other shop tools and equipment.
+ Support Lean Manufacturing goals, including all 6S processes and good communication to the production teams and management.
+ Develop a customer/supplier relationship with the production teams.
+ Follow all safety guidelines and promote safety in the work areas; is always respirator-fit ready.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Knowledge and Experience**
+ One year of production maintenance experience required.
+ Background in Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) required. HVAC Background to include demonstrated coursework and employment as HVAC specialist or helper.
+ Forklift experience - driving authorization required within three (3) months of acquiring position.
+ Knowledge of safe use of various equipment (such as drills, saws, hand tools, electronics, and welder torch).
+ Mechanical aptitude to perform equipment troubleshooting and repair/rebuild, with emphasis on HVAC equipment.
+ Ability to read and understand product quality requirements, basic schematics, and diagrams.
+ Upon work assignment, ability to plan, prioritize and manage daily activities (self-motivated and self-directed).
+ Ability to work on a team or, at times, independently in a multi-tasking environment.
+ Understand, comprehend, and comply with Lock Out Tag Out procedures for all equipment.
+ Ability and willingness to successfully complete the 24-hour Haz-Mat training.
+ Strong communication and customer skills are needed to keep the customer well-informed of the status of their department's equipment.
+ Demonstrated ability to be flexible and supportive to meet changing work demands preferred.
+ Demonstrated knowledge of electrical systems. Ability to troubleshoot and apply basic principles to PLC, digital electronic and electrical devises, and read AC and DC circuits preferred.
**Education and Certification**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Associate degree in electrical or mechanical field of study or equivalent experience in a manufacturing or HVAC service environment.
+ Participation in an accredited HVAC training program preferred.

Position Summary
Maintain safe, accurate and timely troubleshooting and project planning of machining maintenance, building maintenance and/or electrical projects to ensure that safety, quality and productivity goals are achieved on a daily basis.

Position Summary

Position Summary
This position is responsible for working on New Product Development and Ongoing Business Initiatives from both a formulation and testing and validation perspective.

IT Analytics Intern Position Summary:

Accurately processes all customer and replenishment orders in a manner to ensure safety, quality and performance goals are met on a daily basis.
**Position Responsibilities**
+ Pull raw material request orders for delivery to specified work centers in production and properly scan in RF device; supply required consumables to production areas and handle disposal of some waste from the production floor, i.e., bad pallets, recyclables, etc.
+ Return material to the raw warehouse and consolidate into existing bays where possible upon put away and properly scan in RF device
+ Follow all safety procedures, including safety startup checklists at the beginning of the shift for powered industrial vehicles, notifying the team leader/supervisor of any equipment problems immediately, wearing all required PPE, participating in 6S events, and maintaining good housekeeping and execution of standard work
+ Report any scrap, damaged product, or quality problems to the team leader/supervisor immediately
+ Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers by willingness to take on additional responsibility and/or support as assigned
**Knowledge and Experience**
+ One to four (1-4) years of experience in a warehouse setting
+ Good communication skills, English fluency, both verbal and written
+ Forklift operator authorization required and demonstrated ability in safe equipment operation, including elevated locations (heights)
+ Must be able to comply with manufacturer's weight limit to wear required safety tether for picking at elevated locations
+ Demonstrated ability in proper freight handling. Working knowledge of all hazardous shipping rules and regulations
+ Willingness to work and to follow instructions
+ Reading ability sufficient to identify labels and understand written documentation
+ Cooperative attitude toward co-workers and supervisors.
+ Willingness to partner, collaborate with teammates, and take on additional duties and projects as needed
+ Skills in operating a forklift, reach truck, and order picker are preferred, but not required (applicant will be required to complete the company powered industrial truck certification training and operate an order picker within first 3 months)

Position Summary
This position supports the industrial maintenance and engineering teams on the production floor. The Engineering Technician applies skills learned on the job from prior industrial maintenance technician or equivalent technical role and knowledge learned in engineering / technology degree program/course of study to ensure production equipment is kept up and running.
Position Responsibilities
This position includes and expands on the job requirements commensurate with an Industrial Maintenance Technician II role.
In addition, the Engineering Technician will provide tactical and strategic guidance on the floor and support equipment uptime and maintenance through effective diagnostic trouble shooting and maintenance intervention.
Consult regularly with engineering, maintenance and production plant leadership to ensure effective focus of shift maintenance team on safety and production.
Knowledge and Experience
Ability to use computer based diagnostic programs such as PLC viewers, encoder setups, hydraulic systems tuning, etc. and knowledge of choosing PLC components
Excellent hands-on skills as evidenced by a minimum of 3-5 years as a professional industrial maintenance technician and / or evidence of successful completion of a recognized training program covering multiple skilled manufacturing disciplines.
Industrial Maintenance knowledge and skills including but not limited to:
PLC programming experience required; Allen Bradley - Studio Logix preferred.
Knowledge of choosing PLC components.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings is required with the ability to create electrical prints using draft sight or autocad.
Ability to read and interpret 3d models and 2d drawings.
Proficient in CAD, SolidWorks software preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of various equipment (drills, saws, hand tools, electronics, welder, torch, etc.) and a variety of maintenance equipment.
Exceptional attention to detail.
