Position and secure steel bars, rods, cables in concrete forms, using hand tools like pliers and other power tools Space and fasten together rods in forms according to blueprints, using wire and pliers. Pour, set, and finish concrete in molds under supervision. Follow proper safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines. Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications. Assist in the maintenance of tools and equipment. Requirements Construction Experience a plus Rebar tying experience a plus Experience using a measuring tape Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials. Understanding of safety procedures in a construction setting. Good teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
