The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain the cleanliness of the inside and outside of the Feed Mill at all times. Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities Perform all duties in a safe manner consistent with company Policy and Procedures and safety training.
Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment
Maintain good housekeeping in assigned areas consistent with Good Manufacturing Practices.
Sweep, mop, wash and dust as needed.
Keep all grounds of the Feed Mill clean at all times
Place trash, waste feed, etc from the mill into outside container or landfill trailer for disposal.
Dust beams, equipment and railings as needed.
Paint railing, beams and walls as directed by supervisor.
Assist maintenance as needed to perform different job duties as directed by supervisor
Operate equipment, automatically or manually, via computer automation consistent with procedures
Perform all job functions consistent with Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Control Guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned by management. Must attend scheduled safety meetings and other training meetings.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Must be task oriented and a self-starter with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
Ability to operate a forklift, tractor and shuttle wagon.
Education & Experience
1 to 2 years manufacturing experience.
Previous feed mill or agricultural experience.
Physical Demands
Must be able to swing a sledgehammer and carry 50 pound ingredient bags
Ability to work at heights and climb ladders
Ability to work in confined spaces
Ability to work in hot and cold environments
Must be able to climb steps and trailers frequently
Required to stand and walk throughout the day.

Review daily mix schedules and confirm availability of required raw materials to ensure smooth production flow
Accurately add raw materials to mixing systems using manual methods, pumps, or automated equipment, following standard mix instructions
Operate mixing equipment with variable agitation to achieve consistent batch quality
Monitor product quality throughout the mixing and filling process, identifying and reporting any out-of-spec materials or batches
Partner with Quality team members to resolve batch discrepancies and ensure compliance with standards
Perform thorough cleaning of all mix tanks and associated equipment to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
Operate forklifts, palletizers, scales, pumps, and other material handling equipment to move raw materials and finished goods
Conduct routine preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
Maintain accurate production records and equipment logs
Contribute to a culture of safety by following all Ecolab safety protocols and participating in safety initiatives
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements aligned with Ecolab's continuous improvement goals
Perform additional duties as assigned to support plant operations and team success

Plant Location: Huntington, Indiana
Work Week & Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday (2:25pm-11:00pm) AND 3rd shift, Sunday - Friday (9:45pm-7:00am)
Compensation: $17 per hour

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

Coreslab Structures (Indianapolis) Inc. is looking for 1st Shift Concrete Laborers to join our team!
Requirements:
A laborer is responsible for assisting in the set-up and pouring of concrete into forms. This includes, but is not limited to:
Must be able to lift and carry 50-100 lbs. and pull steel cable.
Bending and stretching over forms to place steel plates and assemblies, large pieces of wire mesh, and raking/troweling wet concrete.
Must understand basic mathematical measurements and use a tape measure effectively.
Must have steel toed boots and be able to stand for up to 12 hours a day.
Work around elevated concrete panels weighing up to twenty (20) tons.
Mechanical/ Maintenance background preferred but not required.
The Concrete Laborer position is full time, year-round. Individuals should be prepared to work in all weather conditions and some weekends.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
Follow safety guidelines and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Perform regular maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Requirements
1+ year of experience in a concrete laborer role
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
Willingness to work in various weather conditions
High school diploma or equivalent qualification

In this role, you will contribute to the production of precast concrete products, ensuring high-quality standards while working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and assembly of precast concrete forms.
Perform tasks such as rebar tying, form removal, and equipment cleaning.
Position and secure steel bars, rods, cables in concrete forms, using hand tools like pliers and other power tools
Space and fasten together rods in forms according to blueprints, using wire and pliers.
Pour, set, and finish concrete in molds under supervision.
Follow proper safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
Assist in the maintenance of tools and equipment.
Requirements
Construction Experience a plus
Rebar tying experience a plus
Experience using a measuring tape
Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
Understanding of safety procedures in a construction setting.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.

Job Specifications

Working Conditions

3. Repetitive lifting, kneeling, and bending with packages in excess of 35 lbs is required.
