Job Description:
The team member must pass the authorized training for Forklift operation. The team member is responsible for placing and or retrieving finished boxed product from the coolers, trailers and production floor.
The finished boxed product is retrieved from the cooler, trailers and production floor with the use of a battery-powered Forklift.
The team member will need to break down or stack up products (weights range from 5 to 80 pounds) on wooden pallets (weights range from 65 to 75 pounds) to form full or complete pallets. The empty pallets are stacked (10 high) in the work areas.
When handling boxes of finished product the team member will remove boxes from a pallet and place it on other pallets to build a full pallet. Pallet height could vary from 8 inches to 7 feet tall.
Must be willing and able:
Grasping: There is a bilateral full-hand grip required to up stack/ down stack boxes of finished product onto pallets and the lifting of wooden pallets. A full hand grip of the dominant hand is required to operate the Forklift.
Standing: The team member stands on the platform of the truck that is covered with a non-slip coating. When the team member is not operating the Forklift, he stands and walks on a cement floor.
Lifting: The team member is required to lift wooden pallets and finished boxed product which weigh between 5 and 80 pounds.
Bending: The team member is occasionally required to bend at the waist while retrieving wooden pallets and or up stacking/ down stacking finished boxed product.
Force: Moderate force is required when performing this job.
Work Duty: Heavy lifting and simultaneous use of both hands is required when performing this job. The temperature of the work area ranges from approximately 28 degrees to 32 degrees. Employees are encouraged to dress appropriately before they arrive at their workstation.
Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Ammonia Refrigeration Technician - Murfreesboro, TN
As a part of our manufacturing group, you will be responsible for supporting production packaging and processing operations, sanitation and participation in startup, changeover, and shutdown of operating equipment.
Shift hours:
* 12-hour shifts on a 2-2, 3-2, 2-3 schedule
* Day shift: 5:50 am to 6:20 pm
* Night shift: 5:50 pm to 6:20 am

Financial Reporting and Forecasting:

Relationship Management:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting; CMA, MBA and/or CPA would be a plus Finance and/or Cost Accounting experience; preferably in the food industry.
Experience: 6+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with an understanding of standard cost and variance reporting preferred.
Communication skills: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Computer skills: Strong PC skills (SAP, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
Knowledgeable in the areas of GAAP, Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets, General Ledger Accounting, Payroll, and SOX.
Understand the dynamics of procurement, production and finished good delivery, the interdependencies of these activities and how they impact profitability.
Requires knowledge of cost accounting practices and theories.
Strong leadership skills of team members; critical thinking skills.

Job Description:
The team member is responsible for retrieving the boxed product from the conveyors. The team member visually inspects the boxes for quality including, label placement, label accuracy, cleanliness, and places the box on the respective pallet, stacking the pallet according to palletizing specifications.
Must be willing and able:
Grasping: The team member uses both hands to grasp the box from the conveyor and place the box onto the proper pallets.
Walking: The employee is subjected to some walking between the conveyors and the pallets.
Reaching: The employee reaches approximately 18 to 28 inches to select the box and places it in front of them, reaching approximately 18 to 28 inches the worker picks up the box from the conveyor, walks to the pallet, and places the box on the pallet adjacent to the conveyor line.
Lifting: The team member lifts boxes from the conveyor. Depending on the specific product, the beef box weight ranges from approximately 9 to 40 pounds. The pork box weight ranges from 15 to 50 pounds. Ground beef box weights are 12 to 30 pounds.
Standing: The employee stands and walks on concrete.
Sitting: Seating is not available.
Force: The force varies from light to heavy in proportion to the box weights of 9 to 50 pounds respectively.
Work Duty: Simultaneous use of both hands is required when performing this job. The temperature of the work area ranges from approximately 36 to 42 degrees Fahrenheit. Employees are encouraged to dress appropriately before they arrive at their workstation.
