Responsible for changing screens in regrind mill, sharpening knives, and managing waste tubs. Understand and comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMP's, and HACCP. Working overtime is MANDATORY and requires full participation. Keep work area clean and maintain assigned portion of master sanitation schedule. Report all safety violations and hazards to the supervisor immediately and participate in all safety programs and procedures. Must always wear required PPE.
