Replace and repair boilers, ammonia system, coolers, compressors, and HVAC systems. Perform scheduled maintenance on evaporators and condensers. Change and clean filters promptly. Monitor, clean, and repair plant systems (e.g., condensers, traps, and filtrations). Requisition parts and supplies. Inspect and clean work areas using proper tools according to procedure. Complete required paperwork promptly. Repair, support, replace and modify machinery, wiring, piping. Maintain and complete all required documentation following OSHA and EPA regulatory requirements (e.g., logs, records, and checklist). Complete other tasks as assigned.
