Clean driving record for driving company vehicle as need traveling farm to farm, Weigh birds using digital scale, Record weights at farm and communicate weights to tech. Will need to be capable of driving pickup truck pulling trailer when moving males. Catching and moving spike males as needed. Capable of managing warehouse inventory and ordering supplies/ vaccines.
Capable of lifting 50 pounds. Ability to work well with others. Must be detail oriented. Job requires bending, lifting, turning, and twisting. Packers perform the final packaging of sausage patties and links from Work In Progress. During packaging, packers visually inspect product for defects and remove defective products from the line. Weight of product is checked by packers for conformance with specifications for the product being packed. Finished packaged product is palletized per specification.

Position Summary:
This role combines traditional cost accounting with daily engagement on the production floor to identify cost drivers, support continuous improvement, and improve operational efficiency. Monitor inventory control processes, support physical inventories, and ensure accurate accounting of obsolete or damaged goods
Contribute to weekly performance reporting, budget preparation, and capital spending analysis
Support lean manufacturing initiatives and drive accountability around key KPIs such as yield, downtime, and labor efficiency
Qualifications:
Education and/or experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field plus 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment -OR- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience specifically in food or CPG manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
Computer Experience: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Deacom, etc.) Proficient in Excel with strong analytical and data visualization skills

Job Details:
This position is responsible for implementing an environmental management system to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations at one or more locations. Duties include supervising the wastewater supervisor and wastewater operators; creating and implementing environmental programs; writing compliance plans; tracking key performance indicators for compliance; developing and submitting permit applications; implementing waste minimization programs; ensuring on-time reporting of all required compliance-based reports; and communicating any non-compliant issues.
The environmental programs include the Clean Air Act; Clean Water Act; Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act; Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act; Oil Pollution Act; Safe Drinking Water Act; and other local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
Other duties include leading location management to ensure compliance, maintaining relationships with local, state, and federal regulators, and spill response. Under the direction of the Area Environmental Manager, serve as an organizer, facilitator, analyst, and problem-solver on environmental compliance with the goal of zero environmental exceedances.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in natural science, environmental science, or engineering required.
Experience: 4+ years of environmental experience, or 2+ years of environmental experience and successful completion of the Tyson Foods Environmental Trainee Program; food production industry experience a plus.
Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must also have basic computer skills to utilize compliance databases such as eCAT and Incident Tracker.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of Team Members; bilingual skills are a plus.
Special Skills: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to drive concurrent projects to completion; comfortable influencing all levels of the organization; strong team and collaboration skills; demonstrated ability to think creatively and drive innovation; and project management concepts and techniques.

Travel: 25% travel.
