Job Details:
SUMMARY: This position requires proficiency in the following areas; ability to operate lathe, milling machine, drill press, and grinder; reverse engineer small parts as needed; weld (TIG and MIG); read and interpret blueprints; read and interpret various measuring devices such as gauges, calipers, indicators and micrometers; cut, square, mill, tape and bore; work with all types of metal and plastic.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Training beyond high school including either an Associate(A.S.) degree in Electronics Technology (or closely related technical field), or a combination of education and experience which may include skilled trades programs or military training.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a related field; industrial maintenance or automation experience preferred; some experience in electrical and mechanical required.
Computer Skills: Standard computer skills; must have strong skills in document organization, the use of technical materials, and research techniques. Must either be proficient or become proficient in SAP Maintenance.
Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with all team members.

Reporting to the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager, the Senior Controls Engineer will be responsible for leading, implementing, managing, and supporting production and prototype equipment while driving innovation and advancements in new technologies and manufacturing processes. Specifically for a new product with Lear called FlexAir.
This product encompasses automated processes for plastic extrusion, material handling, robotics, cutting, vision, and quality controls.
The Role:
* Responsible for new process and equipment development from technical specification to installation and startup.
* Ability to design and assist in designing all aspects of electrical control systems and programming using and improving Lear standards.
* Ability to troubleshoot and make corrections, changes, and optimizations to PLC and robot programs and HMI screens from our integrator supply base and further develop PLC software standards for FlexAir.
* Support install, launch and production of all manufacturing cells.
* Interface with and manage vendors.
* Implement and support new automation strategies.
* Ability to identify and implement controls strategies to assist with equipment status and diagnosis leading to effective recovery from equipment failure, e-stops, and maintenance interventions.
* Mentor and Train plant controls engineers and support production as needed.

DIRECTOR - OPERATIONAL TECHNOLOGY (OT) NETWORK ENGINEERING
SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN - WORLD HEADQUARTERS
The Director - Operational Technology (OT) Network Engineering is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of secure and reliable OT network infrastructures across the organization. This role acts as a bridge between IT and manufacturing, driving digital transformation, ensuring cybersecurity, and supporting operational excellence and ensures compliance with industry standards and cybersecurity best practices. The Director will define the strategy and drive initiatives to modernize and protect OT environments, including SCADA, ICS, and other industrial control systems.
The Role:
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
Asses the current state of all systems manufacturing sites for OT assets and capabilities
Develop and execute the OT network strategy, aligning with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of OT network architectures, including LAN/WAN, wireless, and remote access solutions for industrial environments.
Support OT investments and implementations in Budget/LRP, prioritizing iDEA by Lear initiatives and product launch driven investments
Ensure robust cybersecurity controls are implemented and maintained across all OT networks, and define risk assessment procedures, audits and incident response plans for OT systems
Collaborate with IT, operations, and security teams to integrate OT and IT networks securely and efficiently.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements for OT network solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures for OT network operations.
Lead incident response and troubleshooting efforts for OT network issues and security events.
Stay current with emerging OT technologies, threats, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443, ISA/IEC 99, NERC CIP).
Prepare and manage budgets for OT network projects and operations.
Support identification of OT-capable talent within the organization, including any future required roles like engineers, analysts, and technicians.
Establish training programs to enhance team skills and awareness of OT trends and threats.
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
10+ years of experience in network engineering, with at least 5 years in OT environments (manufacturing, utilities, energy, etc.).
5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
Deep understanding of OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC, Profibus, etc.) and industrial control systems (SCADA, PLC, DCS) and MES systems
Strong knowledge of network security principles, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and segmentation in OT environments.
Experience in integrating IT and OT networks securely.
Experience with cloud-based OT solutions and edge computing.
Experience in incident response and disaster recovery planning for OT environments.
Experience with network design and troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds, etc.).
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards for OT security (NIST, IEC 62443, NERC CIP).
Proven track record of delivering large-scale OT network projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant certifications preferred (CISSP, GICSP, CCNP, ISA/IEC 62443, etc.).

Reporting to the Corporate Reliability Engineering Manager you'll implement and execute a world-class Reliability Engineering program. You'll work as part of the Corporate Reliability Center of Excellence Team and the cross-functional Technical Transformation Team to lead the development and execution of processes, tools, standards, and key performance indicators that improve equipment reliability, production efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Your Impact
* Lead asset criticality management by determining asset criticality and guiding sites to utilize and maintain rankings in SAP.
* Drive asset risk management by identifying high-risk assets and recommending or leading risk elimination or mitigation plans.
* Establish robust equipment failure root cause analysis capabilities through training, coaching, and facilitation.
* Analyze equipment and cost data to manage Reliability Engineering efforts that deliver measurable value.
* Apply PM Evaluation (PME) and PM Optimization (PMO) processes to continuously improve preventive maintenance effectiveness and efficiency.
* Utilize Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) processes and standards, including training and leading RCM analysis.
* Perform Weibull analysis to understand equipment reliability and develop maintenance strategies.
* Monitor progress of Reliability Engineering initiatives and provide periodic updates.
* Stay current with industry trends and benchmarks, recommending and leading program improvements.
* Develop and maintain strong SAP Plant Maintenance skills, monitor data integrity, and lead improvement efforts.
* Collaborate with Engineering teams to apply "design for reliability" standards during capital expenditure projects.
Your Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering
* 5+ years of manufacturing experience in Reliability Engineering, Maintenance, or Engineering roles, preferably in food, beverage, or CPG.
* Previous experience implementing Reliability Engineering processes.
* Proven track record of establishing Reliability Engineering capabilities.
* Experience managing projects.
* Weibull experience and other statistical analysis methods.
* Excel - Intermediate experience
* Experience with CMMS systems; SAP Plant Maintenance preferred.
* Skilled in assessing and prioritizing improvement efforts based on losses.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
