Summary This position is responsible for movement of product while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. What You Will Do * Lift boxed product from conveyors and stack onto pallets, including consolidating partial pallets * Operate equipment including inverter, stretch wrapper, power industrial trucks and forklift * Load and wash out trailers * Follow all safety policies per plant expectation * Scan and label boxes, including maintaining inventory * Work in temperatures ranging from -30degrees to 100 degrees daily * Work outside in all elements when necessary (including rain, sleet, snow, extreme heat) * Work includes walking, climbing ladders, standing, bending, pushing/pulling, reaching and standing on concrete consistently for 8-10 hours daily * Consistent lifting and stacking of boxes 20-110 lbs. * B and C shift TMs required to work up to 10 hours daily Monday-Saturday if necessary * All applicants must be able to work a 6 day schedule if necessary, Monday-Saturday * Rotating schedule- must be able to work all times for shift applying for. * A shift: start times between 6:15am to 7:30am. End times from 2:45pm to 4pm * B shift: start times between 2:30pm-5pm. End times from midnight to 2am. * C shift: start times between 8pm-10pm. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously exposed to moving mechanical parts and may be exposed to airborne particles. The employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions; extreme cold; extreme heat; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Will be required to wear ear plugs for noise protection as well as eye protection and other personal protective equipment required by the location.
