Pros of working at Tyson Foods

Fast-paced the fact that you get paid weekly the work is repetitive and your work day hardly changes

Cons of working at Tyson Foods

Management and leads even HR doesn't handle major issue they carry out on a production floor seriously if you go to work and do at least as possible have a perfect attendance you could get away with murder but if you are a hard worker help out and help is needed or not needed they will dog you out bring you down tie you down have you working all your vacation days because that's just the kind of worker you are to get sick one day or have to call in your doomed from the start they also pick and choose to get favoritism too and if you get hurt on the job they don't look out for the long run health problems they just have to choose one of their worker comp doctors get you quick services and back on their production floor u go like doing sucks if you ever get hurt from working repetitive on the assignments they have light duty is the worst it's only for lazy workers who just want to sit there and get a check and freeze
