Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, some college or trade school is preferred. 4-5 years progressively responsible experience in the maintenance/repair of HVAC systems, mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing and grounds in multi-family developments. At least 2 years on a supervisory role. Basic knowledge in MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook. Experience with any property management software(i.e. Yardi, Appfolio, MRI, etc.) is preferred. Mission : The Collections Quality Control Agent is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and compliance of the rent collection process across the assigned portfolio. This role involves in-person interactions with residents to address delinquent accounts, overseeing virtual collection agents, and performing phone-based collection efforts. Responsibilities: HVAC System Maintenance: * Perform routine maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal functionality. * Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues, providing timely and effective solutions. * Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and recommend preventative measures.
